If you think your drying time is taking too long it is likely to be because of restricted air flow. The volume of lint he got out of each of the three duct runs was amazing and the one that I've tested so far has cut the drying time in half! Our dryer was taking too long to get clothes dry. We called Dryer Vent Pros and were able to get a reservation for the same week. The technician arrived on time and vas neat and professional. He climbed on the roof and cleaned the vent from above. He also moved the dryer out and vacuumed the laundry area, as well as inside the dryer. We bought a new house and my 10 year old dryer stopped working. We went out and bought a new dryer that was smart and after 3 loads it gave me a message that the vent was clogged. Dave is great! I called him on Tuesday evening and he was able to squeeze me in on Wednesday. He was booked, but, once he heard that I was smelling something burning when I turned on the dryer, he knew that this was a fire hazard and came at the end of his work day. He was professional and a great communicator. Of course he pulled a ton of lint out of our wall vent and made sure he changed out the parts that had contributed to to issue. Great great job! They discovered major issues with our system, needing to replace old outdated and improperly installed duct work. They installed rigid systems, roof jack, and brought everything up to code. They prevented what could have been a very serious situation. I highly recommend this company, they are professional & courteous, and they went above beyond...while in the attic they replaced light bulbs, and while on the roof they even blew off the pine needles.
