Advance Cleaning Tech cleaned two couches and a number of area rugs. Brian and his son were friendly and professional. There was only one rug where where they could have cleaned a small area more thoroughly. I would have had a better experience had I been a more responsible consumer. It was very expensive and I did not ask them to provide pricing before they started the work. (My mistake!) This was really unforntunatue because it made the experience for me a little sickening. The cost of the cleaning was more than the price of the rugs new. I had all of these cleaned by another company who had been servicing us for several years less than 60 days earlier. Sadly, that person retired. Brian & Co will likely do good work for you, but ask for pricing up front. read more

Let me just tell you - we bought a house from the 70's that has never been professionally cleaned and within 45 minutes, everything was smelling like lemons (all natural essential oils) and 1.5 lbs of dirt was removed! A - Z was very responsive the first contact was made. We discussed pricing and picked a date. He called and let us know he would be a few minutes late due to road construction traffic. He spent about 90 minutes cleaning our dryer vent and all the other vents in the house. When he showed us what he pulled out of our vents, we were amazed! A work glove, construction materials, and lots of other strange things. Obviously the vents had never been cleaned in our 23 year old house. So glad we did this. Hired this company to clean our HVAC system with sanitize and anti bacterial. The ducts are not clean and his idea of sanitize and anti bacterial was to leave a dirty rag loaded with a pine sol type of substance in the ducts. The smell was so strong it was giving us headaches, so we removed the registers and found 3 dirty soaked rags in the ducts. Do not hire this company. read more

Crystal and Brian replied to my tile and grout cleaning inquiry within minutes. We had a few questions as we planned to stain the grout so we didn't need the grout to be sealed. A quick service adjustment and we had a deal. In spite of their Father's Day trip looming, Brian carved out a few hours to clean 1,100 sq/ft of tile and grout that had been neglected by previous owners. Brian collected a little over 2 pounds of dirt and debris in his vehicle mounted high pressure, high temperature pressure-vacuum cleaner. He initially pretreated with a lemon based solution and went to work. He's very efficient, he has excellent communication skills and was eager to move and reposition furniture.
