Dryer Vent Cleaning Service…read more I had a great experience with Aaron - AJ Service for my dryer vent cleaning. He did a very thorough job! After the cleaning, he also performed an airflow test to make sure everything was working properly. He was professional and paid great attention to detail. I really appreciate the thoroughness of his work and the care he took to make sure the dryer vent was properly cleaned and functioning efficiently.

Recommended him to family after our experience and they were equally pleased with their experience.

Also, the issue was never that the bed was "blocking access." There was more than enough room to either move the bed properly, ask if a ladder was available, or simply arrive with the correct equipment in the first place. Using a customer's bed as a tool was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. As for the restroom situation, there is proof of your technician entering and exiting the restroom, and immediately afterward urine was left on the toilet seat and bathroom floor. That mess was not there beforehand. Calling it an "allegation" instead of addressing the concern respectfully is disappointing. I shared my honest experience as a customer. Professionalism is not just about completing a job it's also about respecting someone's home, cleanliness, and basic courtesy while inside it.
