I had been going to this dry cleaners for a few years but unfortunately I was disappointed with the quality of his work. I gave him plenty of opportunities, I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt especially when they are providing a service. But after the fourth time of him ruining my clothes, I decided to go elsewhere bc the uncertainty was too much for me and fixing his mistakes were getting too costly. My advice to anyone thinking of coming here, DO NOT BRING anything expensive, or any clothing that is cashmere, leather, wool or silk. He isn't qualified enough to work with these type of materials. He's a really nice guy but he doesn't like acknowledging his own mistakes. read more

Im here now on a Monday morning at 8am... the Yelp says they're open but it's closed, posted hours for Monday are 9am to 6pm... FYI. Mondays and Wednesday's they open at 9am and close at 6pm. Rest of the week it's 8am to 6pm, closed on Sunday's. read more

Posted hours on Yelp are wrong. Per Yelp, they close at 6pm on Saturdays. We got there a little past 5pm, and the doors were locked with the person inside rudely gesturing they were closed and to look at the hours on the window. Apparently, they close at 5pm on Saturdays. I guess this is not a place where the owner has pride in their customer service or is interested in fostering customer loyalty (it looks like management has changed). DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY! If I was able to rate No Stars I would! First off man in the front counter promised me a pick up time which was 12 noon. I go ahead and show up at 1 to give them some extra time. When I was told by him that my clothes was still NOT ready that I still had to go ahead and wait 30 MORE MIN!. I go ahead and leave and show up once again at 2! As I was paying for my clothes I noticed the LADY whispering something to him..And sure enough I un hang my pants and the work was not done correctly! I SPECIFICALLY had told him NO CREASE..and what did they do..add a crease. When I went ahead and told them if I can get them fixed they simply said no that I would have to come back tomorrow..And we're not able to give me my money back for something I DID NOT REQUEST. Brought in several new table cloths to be pressed as there were visible lines that needed to be removed. Unfortunately the table cloths looked the same when picked up. Owner's resolution of providing a discount for the table cloths "next time" was not helpful in my opinion. I am giving two stars because this is the first time I've had an issue with this cleaners. Went in to get a brides reception dress cleaned because it had makeup stains in the collar when they tried it on. It was a new dress and I even took the tags off in front of the person attending me which was the owners son. I told him please be careful because it's delicate and only want the makeup stains removed. I went in the next morning, inspected the item and saw that there was an area they ruined. ( you can see the photos of how the dress was before, this is for a client and I had sold her the dress for her bridal reception) it's also a $550 dress from Kate Spade. Now, my disappointment is, besides the spot they ruined is...How can they say that the item was flawed already when given to them. They clearly stated that that's how they received it because they went to ask the person who cleaned, and clearly I saw that she said it was like that to begin with! I showed them my pictures prior to taking it in. And no flaw was on the dress only the dirty makeup collar. When I asked even for a measly refund the owner was appalled! With a smirk on her face she handed the $7, which to me meant nothing as to what they did to my clients dress of $550!! Never again...no apologies were given and it was dusted off like "oh well, yeah it had to have had the flaw already for that to happen" again excuses for their mistake. Lesson learned over...better off doing it yourself and it you F up, well it's on your own, but you're thinking they are professionals at what they do, they should know what their doing...WRONG. I went into this dry cleaner a couple weeks ago because it's close to my house and I encountered a very friendly gentleman, pretty big guy healthy. I'm 66 years old and I'm on disability so every penny that I have counts. I talked to the gentleman gosh it must have been for 15 or 20 minutes. I asked him how much it would cost to replace my zipper in my coat and he said oh 30-35 because he said he didn't use cheap plastic zippers And that his zippers were made out of metal.metal zippers. Told him I'd bring the coat in. It was a week or two when I went in and gave him the coat to fix for me. When I picked the coat up I was walking to my car and I noticed that the zipper wasn't fixed boy went back to the store and showed him and he said that I didn't pay to get the zipper fixed I paid to get the coat cleaned which would have been ridiculous since I cleaned it in my washer for free at home as he charged me $11 for that. that point I wasn't upset yet not until after a few minutes when he abruptly stuck the receipt in my face and looked at me like I was an idiot. I've never seen such disrespect for our customer. Not even a oh maybe we made a mistake or we can take care of that for you. His response was anger. He would not even listen to me for a second You just started yelling at me and of course I started yelling back because unless he's brain dead he should have remembered our conversation. I told him I wanted to get the zipper fixed but at that point he completely refused to listen to me and he proceeded to threaten to throw me out of the store. Now I'm how the big guy and not in good shape and here's this muscular bitter person screaming in my face to get out of his store and I said call the police for the lack Knowing what else to say under the situation asked him to shave the coat as well actually he recommended it and when I came back he said he didn't shave it because he didn't want to damage the code? Seriously? So here's $11 going down the drain that I could have used for food if I had known what he would have pulled on me. had no choice but to leave the store or he was going to get violent that was apparent. If you're a senior or an older person or a small I would stay the heck away from this guy because he's got a short fuse. All I asked him to do was to get that paper out of my face that I'm not a child obviously in a bit louder voice and right away he said don't yell at me in my store. I said I'm not yelling at you I'm trying to get you to listen to reason and remember our conversation. If you're an older person or disabled I especially encourage you not to go into this store because if they made a mistake or you made a mistake this guy is not going to listen to you You just going to kick you out of the store. read more

The owners and their son is super friendly and tend to whatever needs you need done. I wouldn't trust my uniforms with anyone else, other than this company.
