I have an exterior wall that was possibly leaking water into the home, which is only a problem when it rains. These guys are awesome!!! I had a drain pipe break and my friend referred Dry Pros. I called them and spoke to David. He said he would have one of his technicians there within the hour. Jaime called and when he was 15 minutes out and got to my house within 40 minutes. He accessed with a thermal camera and some sort of water meter. Jaime explained the damage and he even called the insurance company for me. They started and finished the demo that day and then they came back for the next 3 days at a set time to take reading showing everything was drying. The last day Dominick came out and showed and explained to me that everything was dry and they gave me a certificate of completion which was basically the warranty. These guys were super professional and later that day I got a call from the supervisor David asking how I felt and if my technician went over everything. We had what could've been a complete nightmare - a water leak leaving a bubble in our ceiling the day before we were leaving for a vacation. A plumber fixed the leak and suggested Dry Pros Emergency Services to remediate the water damage. We didn't think that someone could come out so quickly to address the situation but Jaime came out within the hour and started working on removing the wet drywall, applying an anti microbial agent, sectioning off the area with plastic and placing a fan and dehumidifier in the area. He was respectful and patient in answering all of our emergency restoration 101 questions. What was also impressive is that Jaime met with our neighbor while we were gone to have the neighbor open our door for him to check and monitor the condition with a meter that checks the moisture content. He texted us to keep us informed of the progress and when completed, had the equipment promptly removed. We woke up to a puddle of water in our garage and laundry room that was caused by our water heater tank. We looked on yelp for a plumber and Done Rite Plumbing had 5 stars with over 400 reviews. They came out assessed the damage and told us that we needed to call emergency services and recommened Dry Pros Emergency Services. We called Dry Pros and they came out in about 1 hour. Right when they came my husband and I felt comfortable. They came in a nice van and the workers all had company shirts and hats. They assessed the damage and explained everything step by step and had us proceed with a claim with the insurance company. Once the claim was done, they started by containing the area so no dust or debris goes into the house. Then they started taking down the affected walls so they could get to the main structure of the house. They put all their equipment up and every day before they left, they asked us what the best time to come for the next day would be. They also followed up with a call 30 mintues before letting us know they were on the way. They came back every day to take reading and showed us that the affected areas were getting dry. After 4 days everything was dry. This was hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had with a home service company. Big shout out to Dominick and Jaime for taking care of us and walking us through everything. Once the job was done, they handed us a certificate of completion saying everything was dry.
