Old fashioned with dry spell bourbon.
    Nate A.

This place got me started on my old fashioned kick and I haven't looked back because they make them so good! A quaint yet vibrant lounge that has cocktails for every flavor. The dry spell bourbon has quickly become a favorite of mine and had made it a point to pick up a bottle to take home whenever I'm in town. Friendly and knowledgeable bartenders make this a must stop whenever you're in LC!

Nice place but liquor wasn't very good. It's a fairly small bar/distillery with some food options next door and nearby; the bartenders were nice and we got a flight of their spirits, whiskey and mezcal, which didn't have much of a smoky flavor and was even somewhat plastic tasting. Maybe their mixed drinks were better but sipping on them neat just weren't great for us.

the four piece crostini from attached restaurant

Absolutely delicious drinks and food. I got the lemon drop as my drink of choice and split the four piece crostini with my friend. The blackberry ricotta was by far the best with the smoked salmon coming in as a close second. All very tasty and so much larger and filling then what one would expect!

    Mezcal Paloma and Old Fashioned

Fun little cocktail spot tucked away off of Avenida de Mesilla. Tons of drink options no matter what you're craving. I had a Mezcal Paloma and my husband had an old fashioned. Both were great! We also grabbed a bottle of bourbon to go. Prices seem very reasonable for a fun local distillery. When we arrived there were only two other people at the bar and considering the very small "crowd" I didn't find the two bartenders to be overly helpful or friendly. Felt like we waited a bit and they were more focused on chatting with the other couple. But having said that, I'd return again just to try another cocktail or grab a different bottle.

Everything was on point. Last time we came down Stone Crow wasn't there. Had our 21st anniversary cocktails Old Fashion & Amaretto Sour delicious. We ordered the Crostini Flight Wow just wow. All delicious savory presentation was beautiful. They took there time to do it right. Chef thank you So much.

Oh my, good lord.....this place is amazing and unknown. Mixologist Paola was nothing less than magical. Food was fresh and service was amazing. Tell no one:) thank you for a very good time.

Stone Crow Gourmet inside Dry Point Distillers in Las Cruces is a hidden gem. Though the menu is limited to a bite with drinks, each presentation is a masterpiece for the eye and your tastebuds. Tonight I had their Smoked Sausage Taco and the Tuscan Sun Crostini and the Italian Bruschetta Crostini. The marriage of flavors in each dish was unique and a very pleasant surprise for dining here in the city. Chef Gary will be serving more smoked meats in the coming months. Drop in one evening, sample one of the Dry Point Distillers' offerings and then dive into Stone Crow Gourmet's tasty delights.

We are from Illinois and this was our first time in Las Cruces. Needless to say we came here multiple times on our trip. The staff are so welcoming, the food is top quality ingredients and flavor, and the drinks are just way too yummy. If I lived here this is where I would be a regular.

The Colonel: bourbon, lemon and soda

Cozy place and great atmosphere. Perfect place to have a couple of cocktails and hang out for a moment in Mesilla. The afternoon I was there, there was a band: nothing too loud, just a chill acoustic band. There's a taco truck outside that appears to work with the bar because they were delivering food to patrons inside. If you go in the afternoon, the sun will hit you on the outside patio. I usually order the Old Fashioned with Six Shooter Rye, but today I had the Colonel which is bourbon, lemon, and soda. It was really light and refreshing. I also recommend the Amaretto Sour. Highly recommend you check them out.

The drinks are really good here. A bit overpriced for the amount of liquor that you get in each but I liked all the drinks I got that night. I had a girl next door that had Mexican coke, lemon, cherry vanilla bourbon and house made cherries. They had this on special the week before I went and had just enough ingredients to make me one glass. It was so very kind of them and I greatly appreciated them. In this drink you can very much taste the lemon flavor. I then had the lemon drop witch is very refreshing and of corse lemon flavor goodness. I also had the horchata drink and let me tell you this drink is strong. Good horchata flavor with cinnamon on top. My friend who was with me that night had a couple of the other drinks on the menu and was very happy with what he got.

The menu is surprisingly creative with tons of vegan and vegetarian choices (and they'll happily modify just about anything). I decided to branch out and try their vegan tamale, and wow -- easily one of the most unique takes I've had! It's served wet style with a rich sauce poured over the top, and it totally worked. Pair that with a glass of their perfectly brewed iced tea and you've got yourself a solid meal. The service was spot-on from start to finish -- several friendly faces checked on our table throughout, which always makes a difference. And bonus points for the little gift shop attached to the restaurant -- it's such a charming touch. Salud really nails that small-town comfort with big flavor and genuine hospitality.

On the bottom of the pizza (crust) , was MOLD! I immediately got grossed out and put the slice down. I got the manager and she came up to our table and asked , "what kind of pizza was this?" Like if it matters ... and I said "pepperoni " , she then takes the plate with my pizza slice on it to the back. She comes back out after a couple of minutes and says , the cooks or I don't know who, but she goes, "they said it's just from a label" ... WHAT , first off why would a 'label' be on the dough if they bake pizzas fresh? Shouldn't it be on the outside if the dough is prepped and set aside with ceran wrapping and then a label ? So I just looked at her and said okay, which you'll see in the picture, the 'label' could NOT create : FURRY, GREEN/YELLOW/BLUE/BLACK discoloring BAKED in the crust . I was very disappointed to be told / gaslighted and lied to , that it was from a 'label' that did that.. Clearly not! it was clear as day that it is mold, very DISGUSTED , and who knows how much I ate , because I noticed it in my 4th slice ... Will never eat here again ..
