My mother arrived and we obviously ordered the Mother's Day brunch, and we were never told that they would bring us plates eventually we were told we had to go pick up plates, which was fine. When we went to go get our plates at the buffet, there were no plates available. We had to wait at the buffet for five minutes before they brought us plates. It was very uncomfortable. When we got back to our table 20 minutes after we had arrived, we still had to ask for silverware. After that, we were never offered another drink or a refill on water or ice. There was no question offered to us in regards to how our food was and whether we were doing OK or not. And after a $75 gift certificate, I still ended up paying $280. This is unacceptable and if you're charging someone that much money, your service should be top-notch, but that is not how it turned out to be.
