What's not to love about Dry Fly? Seriously the atmosphere is mesmerizing I love the big glass floor to ceiling windows you can sit and watch the process. As you sip one of their many cocktails combinations. I told the bartender to make me something that showcased their gin, something that would make it shine. She made me a honey basil gimlet. It was delicious floral botanical flavored drink with a tinge of juniper sneaking through subdued by the basil and honey, so easy to drink, dangerously easy. My husband ordered a whiskey flight. He is a huge whiskey bourbon collector, he wasn't impressed but that's ok I am a gin collector and I love Dry Fly gin. We didn't eat but the menu look delicious and I heard they have incredible burgers, next time!

Dropped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised - friendly service, fun atmosphere, good shareables. Loved the flavors of the chipotle chicken salad! I omitted the chicken since I'm not much of a meat eater. The roasted red peppers were a nice touch and the homemade dressing was flavorful and spicy- loved it! The flatbread offerings are fun! Although messy and sticky, we enjoyed the pepperoni and hot honey flatbread. The feta pizza went down nicely too! I'll definitely return to try their Old Fashioned, get the salad and another flatbread. Street parking is tough so allow time.

This new gnocchi dish is some of the best food I have ever had. Such an amazing dish.

Solid distillery. Solid alcohol options available. I dont know the name of the location but felt downtown. Parking could be an issue, I think there are some lots within walking distance, plus you are around a brewery or two as well. I really like the merch and togo options here. I think a different day, not on our way out of town we would have tried more and maybe even purchased something. We did a flight and it was nice, but there were like 3 other whiskeys I would have tried, but we were leaving shortly, so it didnt make a ton of sense. For me I would recommend.

Very personable service. Great drinks. Good prices, even better with happy hour. A tasting flight of 3 whiskeys is a better $5. Even more, you can probably get a few free tastes at the store. Happy hour is $1 of of drinks and $2 off of some food. We didn't try the food, but it smelled Delicious. No televisions, which is actually appreciated. The staff is happy to talk about whiskey, cocktails, food. All very friendly. The windows into the production area make for a cool view.

Dry Fly is my 256th brewery/distillery. Yes, I'm mixing breweries and distilleries on my list. It's my list I'll do what I want... Dry Fly has been on our to do list for awhile now. SWPFTD has had their gin and liked it so we figured we had to check it out. We were meeting up with my cousin and her husband for lunch and Dry Fly was a great choice. It wasn't very busy on a Friday at 1pm. I started with a three taster flight of whiskeys which were all good. The port barrel aged was my favorite. I ordered a smoked pork sandwich with elote corn pasta. Both were really good. SWPFTD went with a cilantro lime chicken salad, which came with lots of avocado. Very tasty! I finished up with an old fashioned which wasn't the absolute best I've ever had, but was still quite good. We will definitely come back to Dry Fly. The food was great. The service was great, and the cocktails were damn good too! If anyone is a glutton for punishment, please, follow my brewery, and distillery, reviews from across the U.S. and beyond! https://www.yelp.com/collection/-8iscFkpiiCI563-FDfwGg and if anyone is wondering who SWPFTD is you will have to check out my review of Black Market Brewing Co in Temecula, CA to understand. Yes, you will need to read into it a little to get the joke but I have confidence in you!

Visiting from Kentucky aka Bourbon Country, I had to visit Dry Fly Distilling. My luck, a tour was taking place and I jumped in. The distillery is beautiful and the storytelling is amazing! Where can you get $5.00 Bourbon tastings?!?! This Distillery. Jill made me feel like I'm back in Louisville . She is super kind knowledgeable!

Honestly, Wooden City really lives up to its hype. It's an upscale spot right in downtown Spokane,…read morebut still feels warm and lively instead of overly formal. Definitely one of the best-quality restaurants in the city, where every dish was thoughtfully made and packed with flavor. What we ordered: Starters: - Spring Salad: Super fresh and well-balanced. The snap peas were crisp, with strawberries added for sweetness, and the goat cheese + pistachios gave it a creamy, nutty contrast. The lemon & tarragon vinaigrette tied everything together with a light, herby flavor. - Jerk Cauliflower: Crunchy cauliflower with Caribbean spices with a creamy jerk sauce, good as a side Appetizers: - Peel 'n' Eat Shrimp: Really juicy and spicy from the Cajun spice. There's butter to dip in but I found it too greasy and prefer lemon instead. - Blistered Hungarian Peppers: Smoky pepper with some sweetness and savory from the sausage and cheddar. Served with a toasted focaccia that soak up all the sauce. Main dishes: - Chicken Schnitzel: One of the must-orders. Crispy, golden breading, super tender inside. The lemon & caper butter sauce added acidity and richness that elevated the whole dish. Yoy have to order extra because it's never enough for the table. Yes, it's that good. - Marbled Duroc Pork Chop: Another favorite . Juicy and tender, with 'nduja salsa brava bringing a spicy depth, while lemon tahini and marcona almonds added creaminess and crunch. I always missed tasting this dish like my first time - Beet Ravioli: Earthy and slightly sweet flavor, nice texture but I hate goat cheese so I'm not really a fan of this dish - Pesto Bacon Pizza: Delicious crunch, loved the combo of mozzarella and gorgonzola, kind of creamy with a bit of funk. Balsamic do help balance and gave it a sweet tangy flavor, or else it would be too heavy for me (yes, not a pizza fan) Drinks & Dessert - Not Mai Tai mocktail: very aesthetically looking drink, but a bit too sweet to my liking - Apple crisp: cozy and warm, with baked apple & pecan crumble and served with vanilla ice cream on top. Delicious ice cream. - Pumpkin cheesecake: My 3rd favorite of the night, I still dream about it!! Rich, smooth, and perfectly spiced, you shouldn't skip this!!! That said, I do have to take away a couple points for timing. Our foods took 45 mins to come out even though I had reservations and note the menu items via the email, and the wait time between each dish was also... very confusing. It broke the flow of our meal. But once the food hit the table, it was hard to stay mad, so I forgave them.

I feel like I just went to a dress rehearsal about a play about a group of friends who got together…read moreand said "How about we open a restaurant? That would be fun!" Tonight was just so strange. First, I had no idea who was an employee. There were two girls that were going around together over and over, they kept stopping at tables so I think they worked there...but they never had anything in their hands. Our server seemed to keep forgetting we were there. Or just forgetting she was employed in general. Seriously just not with it. She was very nice...when she remembered we were there. I will say the pizza crust tasted amazing. So many places that serve pizza think of the crust as just something to put toppings on, but this had great flavor. Sadly, it was rolled too thin and said toppings made it somewhat soggy. Caesar salad was ok. Romaine was really fresh and crisp and the homemade croutons were still a little warm. Very good. However, the dressing was rather bland. And when I asked for pepper for it, our waitress first had it in her head that I expected some kind of peppers on my salad. When she finally understood I meant black pepper, she went away. Eventually she returned. Not with a pepper grinder or a shaker, but a sauce bowl that had about 3 tablespoons of black pepper in it. I wouldn't use that much pepper if I cooked for myself for a week and used it with every dish. Had to ask for knives for some of people's meals. I will say the spicy lamb rigatoni was amazing, pasta just right and the sauce and flavor was peak. I am just not sure what to say, other than this was the strangest and most disorganized dining experience I have ever had. I think if a grown up showed up and brought the kids into line, this place would be amazing. Also, for what we paid, I expected to be wowed, not left wondering what I just experienced.

We were told that was not available. We were very disappointed and swore we would not come back, because it also involved the attitude of the server, which was extremely arrogant. Then I took my mom to Mother's Day brunch. The only good thing about it was they were able to see us right away. They sat us next to a fireplace that was screaming hot when it was already 70° outside. We asked to change seats and I watched the servers argued amongst themselves. We sat down just my husband and I while we waited for my mother and her husband. We ordered drinks and it took 15 minutes to get them. I understand it was Mother's Day and it was busy so I let it go. My mother arrived and we obviously ordered the Mother's Day brunch, and we were never told that they would bring us plates eventually we were told we had to go pick up plates, which was fine. When we went to go get our plates at the buffet, there were no plates available. We had to wait at the buffet for five minutes before they brought us plates. It was very uncomfortable. When we got back to our table 20 minutes after we had arrived, we still had to ask for silverware. After that, we were never offered another drink or a refill on water or ice. There was no question offered to us in regards to how our food was and whether we were doing OK or not. And after a $75 gift certificate, I still ended up paying $280. This is unacceptable and if you're charging someone that much money, your service should be top-notch, but that is not how it turned out to be.

The grill is in the lobby so it was a quick elevator ride down. When we arrived we were told we can sit anywhere in the lobby so we picked a table near the fireplace. Our waiter came and greeted us and gave us menus. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich with fries and a red wagon. My friends also got the fried chicken sandwich and the tomato pesto mozzarella flatbread. Our food arrived in about 15 minutes. It was a decent size and filled us up after a long day. The chicken sandwich was good but the aioli was a bit heavy on the garlic - my breath still stinks of garlic after heavy tooth brushing and mouthwash. The slaw was a bit heavy as well but it was good. My drink was also delicious and I finished it before the food arrived. It was a bit pricey but that's to be expected in a four-star hotel restaurant. It was cheaper than we expected which was nice. The service was nice and the area was clean. It was busy since it's right by the lobby and there were people going in and out the whole time we were there. I'm not sure why you would go here if you aren't a guest, but if you do there's limited street parking and a parking garage across the street. There's a bathroom right by the lobby that is pretty nice. It's all pretty easy to find but the parking garage sneaks up on you fast if you don't know it's there. It's not attached to the hotel itself which threw us off when we arrived to check in. All in all this was a good experience. The food was good but nothing to write home about.
