However, Mr. Gehrett could have told me it was mold, charged me to get rid of it and I would not have known any different. Worst experience of my life!!! Frankey Anderson was totally unprofessional and his staff's quality…read moreof work is non-existent. He and his team were hired for the complete renovation of my home which included updating the electrical, adding a bathroom, remodeling the kitchen, adding central air, painting and a number of other things. They installed things without my approval, lied about work that was supposed to be completed, damaged things and tried not to fix or replace them, and left work unfinished. My attic was destroyed due to his sub contractors rewiring job. My insulation was torn up, wires were everywhere, wood cracked and damaged, and left this way until I recently went up there and saw how it was left. I had to hire another company to re-insulate, repair, and clean my attic out. My air conditioning system was improperly installed by another one of his subs and now they are nowhere to be found to waranty their work. I received a $1000 bill from MLGW because of this improper installation. I called another HVAC company to take a look and they said that there is so many things wrong with the system I might as well install a brand new one.To put the icing on the cake, the owner Frankey attempted to talk down to me and my wife. Worst contractors in Memphis, hands down. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Run the other way if you see them coming even if they give a great price because it will end up costing way more in the long run.
