Easy to see that I'm a repeat customer at DCG, especially while on my former turf in the South Bay. I enjoy the scene, as DCG has a more romantic loungey vibe in the bar area (dim lightning and the lower "twirly chairs"). The first visit of the week, I had a prep of the Deviled Eggs, followed by the bountiful meatloaf, chased with a Pinot Noir. I fulfilled my comfort food fix for the quarter. Delicious. The second visit a couple eves later, me and a colleague opted for burgers and the brussels sprout app. Nice size burgers, and the sprouts hit the spot. Personal and professional service from the bar team of Jacob and Alexandra! Speaking from experience, DCG was once my date-nite go to, and now a place to escape the corporate group gathering at a chain.

We had a lovely early dinner here. They are located in a strip mall on Hamilton Avenue at Meridian Avenue. We went on a Saturday, and there was plenty of spaces in the parking lot. The complimentary bread was good; they provided a sour dough and a darker bread with butter. My husband and I shared the beet salad, which was delicious and included goat cheese and roasted hazelnuts. The salad cost $16, but when they split it for us, we each had a good portion. We got a side of asparagus with a parmesan topping, and it was very good. I ordered the butternut squash risotto, and really enjoyed it; it came with a handful of small tomatoes. My husband had the meatloaf and loved it; it came with roasted carrots and excellent mashed potatoes. The service was very good. We didn't have room for dessert on this occasion, but no doubt we will return.

This spot reminded me of a more expensive standalone version of Lazy Dog or BJ's with more upscale cocktails, kind of like the vibe of overpriced restaurant-bar blends in the airport terminal before your flight. Flavors didn't hit it for me, food tasted quite bland. Cocktails were decent, thankfully, but pretty standard; nothing really stood out. Bartenders were polite, but you could tell they were worn out and tired from the busy night, not much energy. Fine if you want to just hang out at the bar and be left alone. It's okay if you're on a business trip and need to grab a bite, unwind a bit, and expense your meal -- but I didn't feel like the food was worth the price point otherwise, as I think it tries to be fancier than it actually is; but I appreciate that it's a small business in an area where living costs continue to rise rapidly. Note the restaurant charges a 2.6% fee if you use a credit card. (Yes it's listed on their website and signage, but it's not a common practice in the South Bay so that's a bummer.)

We have been coming here for years! And I realized that on our last visit when making a reservation that I'd never sung their praises! Selfishly, we've kept this place to ourselves because it's been our little refuge on busy nights when all we want is a great steak & a full satisfying meal! From apps, to sides, to entree to desserts! The restaurant is welcoming and unassuming and it's why we love it! It's our little local steakhouse with great cocktails and a great wine selection! You can never go wrong with their ribeye! And a nice glass of red! The service from hosts to bartender to our waiter are always so welcoming and accommodating. And I am writing this because on our last visit our waiter went above and beyond on what was a rough night (won't bore y'all with my sappy times) He was attentive and thoughtful and I regret not catching his name (I am sure we will on our next visit) as we'll make it a point to request his tables! Sometimes all you want is a great meal with out all huss and fuss AND THIS PLACE delivers every time!

Brussel sprouts - unique and delicious!

We came to Grill again this time to celebrate several once in a lifetime events. Love the inside layout where you can sit at the centralized bar or a booth or a combo bench seat/chair setup. The lights are dim for atmosphere and is very inviting. Outside parking to plentiful too. Our server was spot on. The food breakdown: Brussel sprouts - these were plentiful and is a delicious recipe. French onion soup - a disappointment, tasted like bullion, very little onion and was very salty. Lamb chops - cooked perfectly, large portion and went well with the polenta. Filet mignon tips with beef stroganoff- good with a healthy dose of sour cream, which was considered too much. St Louis ribs - Excellent beans and cornbread, the ribs had a mild smoke flavor and were finished on a flame grill making the outside tuff. Good flavor though. Crème brûlée - beautifully presented and tasted perfect. Chocolate chip cookie with salted Carmel à la mode - warm just cooked cookie and ice cream - a perfect finish. Overall, we enjoyed our evening and will keep it on our dinner rotation list.

We celebrated my Tita's birthday at Dry Creek Steakhouse, and overall it was a nice experience. The service was okay--staff were polite and attentive enough, nothing over the top but no major issues either. The atmosphere felt appropriate for a special occasion, which made it a good spot for a birthday dinner. I ordered the ribeye steak, and it was cooked well with good flavor and tenderness. Definitely satisfying and one of the highlights of the meal. Overall, a solid choice for celebrations or steak nights. Would come back again, especially for special occasions.

We go here a few times a year, and our recent visit was really good. Service - We made reservations via OpenTable for a Saturday night and were seated right away in a booth. The waiter came by with water very quickly and also asked if we wanted to do our drink orders then. Service continued to be very good, food came quickly once we ordered. Drinks - I had the "Deconstructed Mai Tai" with my appetizers. It was very tasty but didn't seem too similar to a regular Mai Tai, other than being pineapple rum-based. I would recommend it. My son had the "Cali Squeeze" blood orange beer on draft which I tasted and liked a lot. They have a large beer menu in addition to the extensive cocktail menu. I had a glass of "Opolo" Zinfandel with my steak salad which was a very good red. Appetizers - We shared a Lobster Bisque and plate of short rib empanadas. Very delicious -- the bisque had bits of lobster and really good seasoning. The short rib empanadas came with a chimichurri sauce. I tried bites both with and without the sauce, both were good but maybe I slightly preferred without the sauce. Really good crust on the empanadas, highly recommend. Main Courses - I had the Asian Skirt Steak Salad which had the right amount of steak and a tasty vinaigrette on top of kale salad. It was a good choice but I wonder if I would like it better on top of romaine or other lettuce. My husband had the Trout special which had a really good butter sauce and veggies. My son had the Rib Eye Steak, a pretty large steak serving and delicious mashed potatoes and veggies. Dessert - We split the dessert special, Bananas Foster Bread Pudding which was great -- lots of the delicious brown sugar butter sauce with banana liquer. Would get it again. Ambiance - booths are quieter than the open dining room. Overall a great experience, I sometimes get the barbecue meats which are also very good.

Loved it! I really enjoyed the food and drinks. The place is very comfortable--a great spot to relax. The customer service is excellent, and I will definitely come back.

A favorite of my folks, celebrating 2 family birthdays with several of us from out of state. There were 11 and 4 generations. Our waitstaff, Christian, was attentive, friendly, and professional. The service was excellent. My food was perfect. I was torn between several offerings, but ordered the market salad, and 2 sides- the polenta and mushrooms and ate them together. It was a fantastic meal! We were a big party, and where we sat felt like a fine dining experience but with a fair amount of background sound just from everyone in the area talking. Another area of the restaurant has a bar, bar seating with TV screens with sports. So fairly versatile, accommodating to families. Everyone enjoyed their food. The birthday folks got a song and dessert- thank you for doing that. A good time was had by all.

I just discovered DCG and omgeee so happy I did. I appreciate that I was greeted by the host when I walked in nobody was on their cell phone which is huge to me being In the industry . The ambience is absolutely stunning and aesthetically appealing. I loved that the lights are dimmed down making the restaurant seem warm and cozy . I sat at the bar top and was welcomed by Jacob the second time was with Justin . They were very personable and created me a drink based off what I typically like . I tried the ahi wontons With some added avocado super delicious. I asked the food runner for some wasabi and soy sauce to put on top of my food he grabbed it right away , whereas at some restaurants you ask for something and they either take forever or forget . All around I had a 10/10 experience and happy I finally have tried it .

    Natalia G.

My mom and I ordered the ribeye last night and everything about this dish was delicious. We enjoyed the caesar salad as an appetizer and the dressing was the perfect creaminess, not too fishy at all. The ribeye was absolutely delicious and the garlic mashed potatoes were amazing. Our server was amazing and very accommodating to all of our needs. Food:10/10 Ambience:10/10

The shop isn't very big but feels super clean inside and it doesn't have a meat smell. The staff here are really nice and helpful too. They even give you complimentary containers of their salt rub. My partner and I specifically come here specifically for their Picanha steaks which are extremely high quality and affordable. They're great to cook using the reverse sear method or grill like they do at Brazilian steak houses. They taste fantastic with chimichurri or even just with flaky salt because of how buttery the steaks are on their own. The last time we were here, we got 10 steaks for around $150 and we seriously thought we'd be spending way more. Of course the cost will depend on what you, like the prime rib here is very expensive, but weigh out your options! I do think everything else here seems to be a great price for the quality compared to mass grocers. I'd highly recommend anyone to check out this shop!

Rather than dismissing our concerns, they took our feedback to heart and extended an invitation to return--one we decided to accept. Last night, we had dinner at Arya and it was the event of the day for my wife and me. From the moment we arrived, the entire team--from the receptionists to our server Serdar and the support staff--treated us as honored guests. Every interaction felt warm and genuine. The food was exceptional. We started with a mezze platter featuring delicious spreads, pastries, and felafel, followed by a mixed green salad that showcased some of the best burrata we've ever had, topped with tiny, sweet berries. Our main courses were equally memorable: a stunning Fesenjoon pomegranate-walnut chicken stew with a perfect balance of slightly sweet and tart, and a side of basmati rice studded with almonds, pistachios, berries, and orange peel. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, unique, and delicious. But what truly made the evening special was the service and genuine hospitality. Serdar, our server, was remarkably warm and attentive. We had fascinating conversations with him about his world travels, the uniqueness of Persian cuisine, and his recommendations for authentic Turkish breakfast and dinner spots (he's half Greek and half Turkish, which made his recommendations all the more authentic and personal). Mehdi introduced himself during the meal and checked in on us with a genuine interest in our experience, not just as a manager, but as someone who truly cares. When we mentioned we had no room for dessert, Mehdi surprised us with a beautifully presented pistachio-saffron ice cream served in an ornate bowl made of ice--a perfect final touch that felt like a work of art. This visit demonstrated that Arya is a restaurant that listens, cares, and delivers on its promise to provide not just excellent food, but genuine hospitality. We left feeling valued and delighted.

The restaurant had a nice visual ambience, but also felt casual as there was a lot of chatter, which isn't a bad thing depending on what you're looking for. Our waiter was especially friendly and helped us decide what to order. I really wish I could remember his name, as I'm posting this a bit late, but he was a huge reason why we had a great experience! Here's a quick rating on the food itself: Stuffed mushrooms (3.5/5): This was recommended by the waiter as a favorite among patrons. The mushrooms weren't bad or anything, but for some reason, it gave me combination pizza vibes that I wasn't expecting. It was good, but I wouldn't go out of my way to order it again personally. Bone-in ribeye (5/5): an amazing cut that was cooked perfectly. Exactly what you would expect from a good steakhouse. The compound butter was fantastic! Bone-in apricot glazed pork chop (3.5/5): this one may hit different for different folks. The pork was perfectly cooked and juicy, but the apricot glaze was definitely a little too sweet for our palettes. If you're looking for something more savory, I might try something else. But hey, sweet might be your thing too! Caramel popcorn sundae (4.5/5): we got this one complimentary for being our special day, which was a really nice surprise! And it was a full serving! This one was obviously sweet, but surprisingly more subdued than it sounds, which was really nice! Overall, it was truly a memorable night with great food. And though some things didn't quite work for our palettes, I can totally see that it may for others--so that didn't impact my ratings because they were still good--just not for us. That said, the care that we received on our anniversary was what truly made me land on a 5/5 rating. Definitely coming back for future special occasions!

They've raided the bubbles and brunch prices $10 since we were last here and truthfully that's not so bad considering how much everything else has gone up with inflation. We both definitely felt we got our moneys worth in caviar alone. And an addition they've added since we last dined here were crab legs. I used to comment that the one item I felt missing were crabs. The porchetta and beef Wellington still slaps. Very tasty. I finally tried the filet today with some chimichurri and it was tasty. Their oysters and shrimp were super fresh. The person shucking the oysters was working non stop. We appreciate the variety here. Much better quality than those popular Vegas buffets. Shout out to our server, Kimberly, who was also on point. Extremely kind, quick and courteous. Several years later and this place still hits it for us. I'm actually raising my original rating from 4 to 5 stars.

Sat at the bar again. Disclaimer is this is just my experience.... As we sat down we were greeted just fine. Ordered a couple cocktails. The wife received hers and about 5-8 mins later I asked for mine. Whether or not it was true the bartender said it needs time to set. Well you could have said it takes time while my wife was waiting to sip on hers(mediocre communication). We then proceeded to order the scallop appetizer. While the presentation was good. The scallops were rubbery and overcooked. A few mins later we had to ask to order some entrees. Key words "had to ask". I got the hot stone trio. She got the lobster risotto. We decided on indulging a little. While we were waiting I asked for a wine list... 5 minutes later I asked again different server finally got the list. No revisit. The food came. Still looking to order wine about 8-10 mins in a different bartender came in and asked, we ended up getting a bottle wine. The food: the hot stone trio, for $230, mediocre cuts of supposedly A5 Japanese wagyu. They were out of the Sanuki and said we'll substitute with an Oregon beef. Just not worth the money. The lobster was ok, the risotto was already cooled off, seemed like it was sitting. So for 2 of us with a $700 plus meal the service was not on par with other similar establishments. Combine that with food that was definitely not worth the $$$$, it is not a return for me. Including hosting business here. Not sure if they judged us cause we weren't all dressed up, due to just coming from the local movie theater or what, but service was not there, unfortunate.

Henry's remains one of the old-school steak houses I keep coming back to because consistency here…read moreis not marketing. It is culture. This visit, the Prime Rib was already sold out. At many restaurants, that would be a problem. At Henry's, it becomes a reason to test the rest of the grill. We ordered the Porterhouse and the Sirloin, both medium rare. The Porterhouse was solid: balanced seasoning, clean grill flavor, no unnecessary tricks. A lot of restaurants can do a good Porterhouse because the cut already has drama -- bone, fat, tenderness, presentation. But Sirloin is different. Sirloin exposes the kitchen. Especially that strip of fat running along the edge. If the grill work is careless, that fat becomes chewy, greasy, or wasted. Henry's handled it beautifully. The meat stayed true medium rare, while the fat edge was properly rendered, lightly charred, and full of beef aroma. That is real steakhouse skill. Medium rare lean meat plus properly rendered sirloin fat is not automatic. It takes timing, fire control, and experience. The baked potato was simple and correct. The salad was classic old-school steakhouse style. Dark beer still feels like the right companion here. Henry's is not trying to become trendy. It is not chasing presentation. People come here to eat steak, drink beer, and trust the kitchen. Prime Rib is still the ritual. But this visit proved something important: Henry's is not only a Prime Rib place. They know beef. - Dr. C Fire controlled. Fat rendered. Medium rare verified.

Most of the food in the chafing dishes was cold, including the carving steak station. The made-to-order omelette station took quite a while and initially was only offered as a vegetarian option, though we were eventually able to add protein. Even then, it was just okay. The dessert and fruit assortment were also pretty average. On the positive side, the seafood assortment was excellent and the made-to-order waffles were definitely a highlight. Our server, Estefania, and the support staff were top-notch and provided excellent service throughout the experience. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully designed.

The calamari portion was huge and has the perfect texture and crunch to it. The lobster mash potato is the perfect balance of rich and creamy and seafoody. The tuna cappacio I feel is okay. We were recommended the wagyu roll but didn't get that this time, will definitely try it next time! They also give assorted bread, I thought it was just ok but it was an interesting assortment to try. Definitely will go back again for the ribeye and calamari!!
