This place has ripped more than one shirt of mine. I asked them to be careful amonth ago snd another shirt was ripped in my very next pick up. The manager refused to help me and did not provide a way to contact the owner. Ive been a customer for 8 years, but this place is so bad now.

This cleaners is new near to where I live, so of course the intrepid side of me had to try it out since it is the nearest one now. There are good points and bad points from my two visits. Let's get the less than wonderful over with first...the term "express" to me would denote faster than usual service. However, I turned my item in midday Friday and they stated they could have it back by 6pm Tuesday. I do not consider this time express time, my usual cleaners has done it by next business day 6pm. When I came to pick it up, it was put under the wrong section, and luckily the racks are near the desk so I could spot my item in the next numbered section to get the person to retrieve it. Now the good news...the price is inexpensive first of all, was impressed with that. Second, they did a good job on my cleaning, I inspected it while still in the store. These two points brought them up to three stars. In summary, for convenience and price, it's good, but there are some service items that I hope they work on in the future.

So called dry cleaner

Horrible. I dropped off a pile of clothes, and 2 dresses and 1 shirt came back with holes. The less expensive price not worth it!

Lee's Tailors on Western Boulevard is hands-down the best tailoring experience I've had in Raleigh…read more Ping (the owner) is incredible, and Karen and Anna are both wonderful as well. They're all patient, skilled, and genuinely kind. I go in fairly often for tailoring and repairs, and they are always welcoming and willing to listen carefully while I figure out exactly what I want done. Today really stood out. I brought back a pair of pants that had been hemmed and looked great, but just didn't feel comfortable when I wore them. I was worried I was asking too much since I'd already been in a few times about these pants, but Ping couldn't have been more understanding. She insisted on letting them back out while I was there, even though it was near closing time. She also noticed a jacket I had and tightened the buttons on that too--again, on the spot. She was so kind, accommodating, and generous with her time, and she wouldn't even let me pay. That level of care and customer service is rare. Ping truly stands behind her work and wants her customers to be comfortable and happy. If you're looking for expert tailoring with exceptional service, Lee's Tailors is the place. I won't go anywhere else.

I have been going to Crystal cleaners for some time, Last sat I had a terrible experience and it…read morewas not always the first time. Crystal cleaners in Morrsiville is over priced. I had a pair of blacks cub pants that I wanted hemmed, The husband tells me it will be $25 , wanted me to pay up front and the pants would not be ready until after the 4th of July, Keep in mind I was dropping off these pants on 6/22/2024, telling me it will take almost 10 days for a simple pair of black sub pants to be hemmed and wanted payment up front , after i have been a client there for almost 20 years and referred so many people to there business . I told them , that I was not paying $25 up front and waiting 10 days for a simple alteration. I walked out , took my pants and went to Medlin dry cleaners in cary in the lowes food shopping center in Preston, It cost me $15 and my pants were ready that Wednesday 6/26/2024, I thought this was all reasonable. This is not the first time Crystal cleaners in Morrisville has over charged me for simple dry cleaning and alterations. I do not recommend them for any services. They are not treating there local faithful customers fairly. They are overpriced ,want payment upfront ( I have been a customer for 20 years) they know me and that is how I was treated and have to wait 10 days for my work scrub pants. I do not recommend Crystal cleaners, Highly recommend Medlin Dry cleaners.

I called prior to stopping by to ask about pricing for two coats. I described each to the person on…read morethe phone - one a wool coat, and one a peacoat - and they quoted me at $7.25 each. When I dropped them off later that afternoon, I was given a ticket for $36. I explained that I had received a quote for much less and the folks behind the counter just stared at me, shook their heads, and repeated that my ticket cost was correct. I actually left a tip regarding my experience (that Yelp has since removed, citing that tips are for business offerings and services, not experiences), and the owner/manager reached out to me after (screenshot of conversation attached). First of all, I didn't ask for "jacket" pricing and again, I explained each coat in detail. Second, neither were as he assumed with "massive lint, hair, and stains." One was brand new and I wanted it cleaned prior to wearing for the first time and the other had been stored away and smelled a bit dusty. I wouldn't trust this business to honor or provide consistent pricing. I wish I had an experience like those who rated so highly, but that definitely wasn't the case.

I have been a customer of Kim's for about eight months using their service every two to three…read moreweeks. During that time I was pleased with their prices and systems, and satisfied with their customer service and cleaning time. They will clean faster if required but will often suggest a date two to three days post dropoff; this never impacted me. I appreciated their reasonable prices, itemized receipts, and 10% discount sometimes offered on orders greater than fifty dollars. I would have considered myself a loyal and satisfied customer until last week. I dropped off a brand new Original Penguin tie (http://www.zappos.com/original-penguin-tuttle-plaid-tie-brown) which had been worn only once. Unfortunately it was both my favorite new tie as well as stained from its first wear. Kim's has cleaned successfully ties for me in the past. I dropped of my tie, pointed out the stains...no mention of difficulty in cleaning ties or riskiness of cleaning ties was mentioned by the owner. I picked up my tie 3 days later and found the stains had been successfully removed from the tie! Unfortunately, a significant pull in the fabric was also returned to me caused by the ticket pinning to the tie. I took the tie back in for inspection by the owner who wisely after picking at it stated there was no way to repair it and asked me what she could do. I stated replacement of the tie was acceptable and showed her a website stating the cost of replacement. After seeing the price of the tie she said she could only offer less than half the replacement cost as a credit on my account for future use of services. She then proceeded to tell me the tie looked rather old and she did not believe me it was brand new...who would have thought "vintage" skinny ties could be purchased brand new? She then stated they have to be very careful with ties and specifically this type of tie and that the damage was caused during the cleaning process and was not intentional by them. This was my assumption as I normally do not drop of my dry cleaning items at establishments who have a goal of negligent handling. This negotiating down of a compensatory customer satisfaction offer was an unacceptable way for this business to conduct itself and unwise. Had they handled the situation appropriately, I would have had no ill will towards them and would have continued to use their services every two to three weeks for fifty dollars a time for the foreseeable future. However, the way this establishment has conducted themselves provides me great incentive to leave and find another dry cleaner. Should my cautionary statement not dissuade you from patronizing this dry cleaner; there is a twenty-five dollar credit on my account and you are welcome to it.
