I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the store, but the store manager, JP, and the owner have refused to adequately address my concerns or provide reasonable compensation for my property. What is particularly concerning is the manner in which this situation has been handled. Rather than taking responsibility for the loss of my belongings and working with me toward a reasonable resolution, both the store manager and owner have treated me disrespectfully and have failed to provide an appropriate apology or meaningful resolution. I have also requested information regarding the appropriate corporate representative or corporate office so that I can escalate this matter, but the store has refused to provide that information. I find this response unacceptable, particularly given that my personal property was entrusted to the business and was not returned to me.

After 5 attempts to fix they just got worse and worse so I gave up and took them home. All this time the folks in the store were saying they don't know what the problem is and they promise to fix it. Never Did. I brought them down the road to Threads, they took one look, turned them inside out and showed me that they were ruined from over heating (seems melted). I have called the store 10 times trying to get an owner or manager to call me back, I have even stopped by and dropped off my business card requesting the same. 3 or so months later I have yet to receive 1 call back. Every time I call the store they apologize and say "I don't know why Ram hasn't called you back, we've told him several times. I know why, he simply doesn't care or doesn't want to deal with it!
