I was robbed I started taking my husbands clothes over…read morethere. I have to say the service is good and one of the ladies there is really nice, sadly I don´t know her name. One day my husband told me he was missing a pair of cackie pants and two shirts he wears for work, that maybe I left them at the cleaners, I assure him I brought home everything they gave, he then says "maybe they stole them", I have to say i got angry at him telling him it´s not nice to think like that, that it´s absurd, they deal with clothes everyday. Two weeks later he notices two more shirts are missing so I tell him I´ll star taking notes of the clothes I take there and the clothes I pick up to show him I was right, that he must have left clothes in some of him work travels (I must mention that he´s obsessed with order and with taking care of his things so that´s remotely possible, but I´m obsessed with believing people are good until I´m shown different). So I count everything everytime I drop and pick up, weeks go by, I´m attended by the nice lady I mentioned at the beginning and everything is OK. Until one time that I´m attended by another lady who has never been lets say nice, but she hasn´t been specially rude either, I count my clother when dropping and when I pick them up "surprise" I´m missing another pair of pants and 2 more shirts, I tell her and politely ask to look if there are still some of my clothes hanging there. She get angy and in a rude manner she tells me there´s nothing back there, I´m still calm and tell her that everytime I drop clothes I count and write down and I´m missin 3 items, she raises her voice telling me she received my clothes days back and nothing is missing, that there was not any other clothes on the counter so there couldn´t be a mistake. Giving her the chance to correct her I tell her that actually the day I dropped my clothes there was another bunch of clothes on the counter and I separated them because they were to close and I wanted to prevent a mistake, asking her again to go back and check if someone had return something. She continues rasing her voice, telling me there´s nothing there and she didn´t do anything wrong. By now I´m sure my husband was right. I leave the place and when I get to my car I realize I just dropped clothes so I go back and take my clothes, by no she can tell I´m angy because of my face expression and she tells me "well if you want I can go check", she goes back doesn´t check, just stands up there and comes back and says "nothing". I have been told the manager is having some health issues (if so I hope he´s doing better) so no resolution. So three things are for sure. 1.- Someone there stole my clothes. 2.- They´ve lost me as a weekly client 3.- I´m writing this review, my advice count your clothes when you drop and when you pick up.

I am…read moretaking 5 shirts and 2 dry clean items to lots of different places to see who does the best job for the best price. This place is so small there's no computer check in. They just ask your name and write you a ticket. They do not do dry cleaning on location and they do not have a drive through. I got my clothes back quickly and here's what I found. The dry cleaned items were $3.59 each. Pretty reasonable when compared to other clears BUT I had taken sweaters. The sweaters were hung on wire hangers. (Womp womp) there was no protection at the shoulders no folding with tissue. Just hanging where the shoulders would get horns in a hurry. Noooooo!! The men's shits were $1.99. That's kinda high. But it's really high when you get back shirts that look awful!! See photo. Whaaaaah! Now I have to take them back for a re-do. I'll update this when I get them back to see how they handle this. Still looking for the overall winner in my dry cleaners challenge. Stay tuned! Update: I took the shirts back. The girl is friendly and took them with a smile. They were ready the next day at 5. They looked much better but there was never any kind of apology for making me return to fix the situation. Sometimes just a "Sorry to put you out" goes a long way.

I have been using Well-Suited Dry Cleaning for several years. They used to be called My Door but…read morethey have rebranded and changed several things to come into their own. Ann Walker is the owner of this company and has been reliable and consistently good and reasonably priced. They pick up and drop off laundry twice a week in my area and it so convenient to just leave the bag (provided) on my door. Next thing you know, you have clean laundry on your door! I do not miss driving to and through the dry cleaners! One more thing to remove from my list. They are very responsive. If you have a question or concern they get right on it. I have given them laundry then realized that I would be out of town on delivery date so they hold it for me until the next delivery day. Recently I had them clean my grandmothers 100+ year old quilt. She did some research. Carefully examined the quilt prior to cleaning and it came back looking great! They have cleaned many things over the years with no problems. Things like my Christmas Tree skirts, duvets, sweater pillow covers and comforters. Nothing has been damaged. I totally recommend We'll-Suited for all of your dry cleaning needs.

The same day, she dropped them of at the hotel for their recommended dry cleaners to clean. The pants came back clean but the shirt and jacket still had the stains. They were unusable Evan after paying over 60 pounds. I convinced my daughter to let me bring them back to Valet for them to attempt to clean. Amazingly they got every single stain out! I will forever be a a fan of Valet Cleaners.

To start, My Door Dry Cleaning has very competitive pricing. They cost the same or slightly less (on a couple items) than your average dry cleaner. Men's shirts are $1.89, ladies blouses are $3.85, dresses are about $7-11 depending on fabric, length...and sweaters are $4.50. See, not bad! The quality of their work is pretty good. They are not the BEST that charges me out the nose, but they don't charge the most! They are, however, better than the average cleaner and they haven't lost or ruined anything yet! If they have an issue (they had a mechanical problem once) they'll let you know if your order may be delayed. Or if they're working extra on a stain. They come twice a week and I've been using them since May. So here's the thing that sells it for ME... Free pick up and delivery!! Twice a week!! I'm telling you, it's a game changer! I know my two days, if I'm going to be out of town on a delivery day I can text them and they'll hold it or if you know in advance, just don't have them pick up right before you go. Their communication is amazing! I get a text (usually while they're still in my driveway!) when they pick up and have delivered! They give you a door hanger/hook to put over your door and a bag for outgoing/incoming laundry. It's so convenient for me, I can't imagine driving back to my last cleaner which I finally found one I liked nearly 20 miles from home. UPDATE: 2/2019 I have raised my rating to 5 stars. Their level of service is unparalleled and they have a new shirt press that is doing a great job! It looks like they were processed at too high a temperature--clearly a mistake on their part. When I brought it to their attention, they denied any responsibility and refused to offer a refund or any compensation. This place is completely unprofessional and dishonest. If you value your clothing and your money, stay far away. They damaged my property and offered zero accountability. Total scam.

Comet lost a custom made shirt. They asked for time to see if they could recover it.
