From my experience and in my opinion. Zero sense of customer service or loyalty, despite having given them my business for years. While turning in clothes, asked two items to be recorded on a separate ticket. At pick up just now, wanted to pay separately for the two items, and the remainder via a separate transaction - all on the same credit card. They insisted they would only accept cash for the two items as the bill was below $10! Really? The second transaction was almost 6 times as the first one, and yet they wouldn't oblige. Again, given so much business over the years...the owner as well as the lady handling my transaction just stood there with a dead pan look on their faces - it was quite simply take it or leave it! Time to look elsewhere; unfortunately, not sure if others in the area are any better. read more

Worst cleaner that I have ever used. Took new dress paints and shorts to get dry cleaned. They washed them instead. When we went back to show them what they did. They told us they are not responsible. They said "How do I know these cloths were not ruined by someone else and you are trying blaming us". Some kind of scam. In short they did not stand behind any quality control and basic told me that you bring your cloths in at your own risk. They are not responsible for any issues. Only take your cloths there that you do not care about. Any saving you get from using them will be offset by replacing cloths they ruined l. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars!!! I took in a bunch of dress shirts(men's), slacks, and dressier clothing!!!!! Literally everything is ruined except maybe a couple items. I was willing to pay the price for good quality service but I'm so appalled at the lack of care for any of the clothing. I'm so disgusted that this place is even still open and running!!!!!!!!! Picked up some clothes and noticed some shirts were stained, so I proceeded to point it out to them. They then had the audacity to tell me that I brought it in like that so it was my fault. The stain was a glue-like substance and was not there when I dropped it off. When I asked for my receipt they acted as if they didn't understand me until I pushed harder and they finally gave it to me. Extremely disappointed with the service. read more

This place is horrible They ruined a dress for an evening event. Their heavy starch is not remotely heavy and the mgmt (Hispanic lady) is very rude. After expressing my dissatisfaction with service in a normal manner still nothing was resolved. You get what you pay for cheap, inferior environmentally products used on clothing and bad service. I brought my suit pant in on a Saturday to get altered. I was told to come back on Tuesday when the lady who does the alterations is In. I returned on Tuesday and was told they'd be ready on Friday by 5:00 pm. I come back to pick them up and they are sitting under a pile of unfinished pants. I was told that she left early because it's Friday. On my pants is a tag that says "Friday" next to the tag that says "finish monday". The girl at the counter asked me if I want a credit vs. the reimbursement I asked for. REALLY? Why would I return here?? I'm screwed because I needed these pants this weekend. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They ruined my dress and tried to hide it in between business shirts. An employee stole my dress and wore it over the weekend. When I came to pick it up the dress was ruined. They split some dark liquid, looked like coffee all over the dress. Left disgusting armpit stains and ripped the hem. read more

I will NEVER take my dry cleaning to these people again! They have lost a king comforter, 1 complete king size sheet set and a queen after they took my money! No refunds for the missing sheets and no apologies either. Simply stating that they are not responsible for the loss of my items. This is unacceptable! The quality of this dry cleaner has deteriorated considerably since new owners took over. I have used them for years and had no problems at all but the last 4 times I have dropped off my cleaning, they have put my items in the wrong space and I have had to stand there and wait while they search each rack for my cleaning. I took my son's ROTC uniform here. The first time they creased the sleeves of his shirt wrong, so I gave them a second chance and specifically requested that they crease the sleeves correctly. Sent my shower curtain to be dry cleaned and I am sure it was washed. It was marked tablecloth and they said it wasn't washed but it shrunk. I know this because we made the mistake of washing a previous shower curtain and the same thing happened (which we had to throw away). We sent it back to be dry cleaned and pressed to get the size back but it came back with stains and a crease down the center. Wasted $6.95 and will have to get a new shower curtain (not tablecloth). read more

They do a great job and are reasonably priced. One time they lost about ten of my items, and it was like the young cashier didn't care. I crossed over and found my own laundry. The drive thru is closed half the time which is inconvenient, that's why I drop off there. read more

Horrible, if I could give them zero stars I would. These people ripped the cuffs on a pair of very expensive slacks. They left dry cleaning solution on another pair and ripped a hole in the backside of my Joseph A. Banks slacks. When I confronted the manager in a professional manner he said to get out of his store. He said I had been there before saying he ruined clothes (completley untrue). I was shocked at the level of disrespect I received. I will be reporting him to the better business bureau.
