When I dropped off my dress shirts they were pretty dirty, so I was very happy when they came back clean, pressed and looking new. My suit was also returned in great shape. The only minor downside for me was the turnaround time, which is was about 3 days (dropped off Monday morning, pick up time was Thursday afternoon). I'm used to faster turnaround times, but to be fair, I didn't ask if they could expedite. Overall my experience was great and I will be coming back!

Our Cleaners has been my 'go-to' dry cleaner ever since I moved to uptown Whittier 10 years ago. They take care of all my dry cleaning and alteration needs. Prices are reasonable. Sure, I believe I can drive half an hour to the nearest Nordstrom Rack and have some alterations done for free (membership rewards). But why spend the time, gas money, and wear and tear on my car, when Our Cleaners can do a good job inexpensively and is within a walking distance. One time the guy even fixed a loose seam on a dress right on the spot, just because it was an easy fix, I am a regular there and he had the time. Nordstrom Rack would have taken a week. Regarding the door being locked occasionally - I've observed this too and I am okay with it, as it seems like there is just one man working the counter most of the time.

The female owner was helping another customer nearby but appeared to have been listening to our conversation the entire time. She told me to take back the other clothes that I had just brought in for cleaning. I was completely caught off guard. I was NOT demanding a refund, arguing, or making an unreasonable request. I had actually offered to take the dress home and handle the stain myself. What made the experience even more upsetting was how instantly the two male employees changed their demeanor! They had always been genuinely nice to me on previous visits, and one of them had been friendly to me just only moments earlier. But as soon as that female owner said she no longer wanted my business, both of them immediately began telling me to take my clothes and leave!
