Fantastic seamstress. I ripped a zipper out of my ski parka. Asked if they could put in a new zipper and simply just run a stich up both sides...nothing fancy. Well...she did FANCY! Tore the seams apart, embedded the zipper, and resewed. It's better then new!!!

    Price change!

Been coming here for years. Do a great job at a great price. Very little employee turnover and they are all very nice.

Their way of complimenting my review. Insisting I brought in a ripped shirt. This is their "customer service".

Update: They sent me a compliment on my review, insisting I brought in a ripped shirt to be cleaned. I have attached the picture of the "compliment" That's their customer service. If your up for this kind of treatment - enjoy. NOT WORTH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give a negative review I would have, and I'm not one to give negative reviews easily! I would have easily walked out and bought a new shirt and called it done, (I actually love solving things positively) if only he would had a kinder customer approach, but everything about his attitude was the opposite. Matt the manager/owner is not very helpful. They ripped our article of clothing and then suggested that it was brought in ripped, further goes on to say "I can't believe you know this is how you brought in the shirt and have a claim" loud enough for other people to hear, I can only assume this was in a attempt to have me walk out as I was trying to make this a peaceful complaint. Then said "we called you to let you know on Saturday, you should check... "" Just to ensure I wasn't wrong I did (at this point I'm getting upset) sure enough no call, I showed him the records...and no apology. My next statement "I guess I must have been lying about the call as I did in making a claim on a piece of clothing I brought in ripped". Terrible terrible terrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN!

Incompetence and lack of integrity are the two attributes that define this place. I brought a cotton sweater in for dry cleaning that had a chocolate stain. This is such an easy stain to get out, that I had no concerns about what condition the garment would be in when I received it back. However, when I first came back to retrieve my garment, it was in the same condition as when I dropped it off. Dry clean expo said they would try again, but the second time they spread the stain across the front of the garment. I was furious because the stain should have been very easy to get out, and I was concerned that they set it. They claimed that they were not responsible because they didn't know what the stain was (they had not even asked) and were unwilling to share any details about how the sweater had been treated. They insisted on hanging on to my sweater so that the owner could take a look at it and call me. Needless to say, the owner never looked and never called. The third time I arrived to pick up this garment, I brought it home and treated it myself. It took less than 3 minutes for me to get the stain on myself. I'm relieved that their chemicals didn't permanently set it- but what an ordeal! This place can't be trusted.

I pulled up today to pick up my dry cleaning and before I handed my receipt to Jimmy, he had already pulled half of my clothes off the rack (he saw me drive up).

I was so delighted to find Perfectly Pressed for three reasons:…read more 1. Pick up and Delivery! I receive a text message the evening before to remind me to put my clothes out by a specified time. 2. The communication with the owner is incredibly prompt and reliable. I care A LOT about my clothes- and I have always been able to call Perfectly Pressed with any questions or concerns about alterations, concerns with certain fabrics and repairs. Communication is key. 3. The ethos upheld by the owner- I feel like Mr. Rami cares about my clothing as much as I do, and I trust that my clothing is in very good hands- and I am very discerning when it comes to communication, professionalism and knowledge about how to handle high maintenance people like myself- I admit it- In these times, I think having pickup and delivery for dry cleaning is a luxury- the price points are fair, and you never end up talking with a robot. You won't be disappointed.

Happily, there is Perfectly Pressed. I came across this company just two years ago, and what a difference it's made in my life. The work, as the name suggests, is always perfect. And the owner, Rami, is completely professional and responsive. I use this company for linens as well as clothing, and love the fact that everything comes back beautifully folded or hung. I also love the billing process, which is very professional, complete with weekly receipts and monthly statements. Thank you, Rami, for making my life so easy!

    $$$$

Save your money and go to SK Cleaners across the street. I went here to have drapery dry cleaned…read more We were called early that the drapery had been damaged in the process, but was not very noticeable. We spent over $1,000 here, and the best they could offer was $35 off both of the damaged drapery, which cost $140 each. I was not aware of how low the discount was until after speaking with them. We were told that because of the age and sun damage it caused the tearing. The one area where the seam is damaged does not even face the window, so saying that was the issue is not true. Since we signed a waiver that they make every customer sign before, we are fully responsible for the damage. I understand, but to give us that small a discount is a joke for the amount of business we gave them. When we received the drapery and installed it again, the damage is very noticeable. Now I have to find somewhere to repair the drapery since they did not even offer to fix it. For the price, this place is a joke! I have gone across the street many times and never had an issue for a fraction of the price. I will never return here and make sure anyone I know never goes as well. Update: Found a place to repair. It is over $700 to repair, and they noted that the drapery did not look very clean either. We are now paying to clean again and repair because this dry cleaner SUCKS!

I had a very disappointing experience with Parkway Dry Cleaning.I entrusted them with a designer…read moregown worth $1,600, and it was returned to me with two visible holes and stretched fabric. The damage made the dress unwearable and was especially upsetting given its personal and financial value. When I contacted the company, their seamstress confirmed the fabric damage -- specifically referring to "yarn slippage" -- and explained that stitching the holes would only make them more noticeable. She removed some loose fibers, but the holes remain clearly visible and uncorrected. Although the seamstress mentioned in the email that the yarn slippage is not noticeable and removed loose fibers to hide it, the attached photo clearly shows the damage. When wearing the dress, the fabric stretches slightly in that area, making the spot look like an actual hole. This was not present before cleaning. I'm very disappointed with the result and the handling of the situation. In addition to the holes, the fabric was visibly stretched, and the dress no longer fits me. It feels like it has become at least half a size to a full size larger. This change is obvious and was not present when I dropped off the dress. I had inspected it carefully just days before, and I have photos to prove it was in perfect condition. Despite this, Parkway claimed they followed the care label and suggested the damage could have been caused by a weak area in the fabric or something like a purse strap rubbing against it prior to cleaning. This explanation was completely inappropriate -- the holes are located in areas of the dress where neither a purse nor a belt would make contact. In the end, they offered me a store credit for future cleaning services. However, that does not address the loss of an expensive and personally meaningful gown. A credit is not a meaningful solution when I no longer feel comfortable trusting them with any of my garments. I'm sharing this to caution others -- especially those considering sending valuable or delicate pieces. While the company may claim to follow care labels and procedures, in my experience there was no accountability when something went wrong. I've included photos of the damage (photos I did after they repaired), and below you can find a summary of our communication for full transparency.
