Terrible service. I am here for business and had requested my suit and clothing be picked up via…read moreDoorDash. Well the dasher couldn't find my location, so after 15 minutes of trying to help the uber driver navigate his UPS, he hung up on me. So as a result, I call the store and get the store manager. After explaining the situation, she tries to rush me off the phone and give me corporates number... on a Saturday. So I explain to her that I'm still going to have to go to the store to get my clothes and suit dry-cleaned - she hangs up on me. Here's where the fun comes... so I uber down to the store and upon entering I wait in line. By the grace of God, the uber driver is at the counter talking to the store manager asking about MY order. So as these two are going back and forth, I jump in - well that was awkward because they only have one register open due to their renovations and it's a Saturday! So to ease the situation, I try to make it simple and just explain that I just want to drop the clothes off because I have other things to do. The Uber driver is asking me if I can cancel the order (which you can't), the store manager is spinning around circles telling me I have to call corporate (which I won't) and all I want is my receipt and leave so these other people can be helped. After this whole debacle I am waiting off to the side to what would be their lobby. The store manager, Lisa, decides that's she's going to use the last two cents of her brain to talk about me! She says, "... you call corporate, you figure out your refund - that's not my problem."... to which makes me go back in the store and confront her. The poor store clerk's eyes LIT UP when he realized I was still in the building. I expressed how poorly her management and leadership skills were and how embarrassing it must be to not even have the common sense to check the lobby before berating your customer... I asked for a call back and apology from Jaici Kelly, Director of Operations and Store Development, still haven't heard a response or received an apology... As an executive leader, this poor negligence and disregard for staff safety and customer sentiment reflects on their leadership. The company has a leadership issue.

Where shall I begin…read more Okay, excellent customer service from a lady from Puebla, Mexico. She's very nice and attentive; unfortunately, she's possibly the only good thing this establishment has going for it. I appreciate a nice person taking my work; however, I prefer quality when I'm having things dry cleaned. I took in 14 shirts to be cleaned and pressed. ALL of the 100% cotton shirts were done with wrinkles pressed into them; this wasn't an issue of the shirts getting wrinkled after they were pressed; clearly the shirts were poorly pressed. The small pleats near the cuffs were all wrinkled and there were some "dents" in the fabric from some clamps that they used while pressing the shirts. The collars were poor. As a whole, the only part of the shirts that was well done were the cuffs, alone. The pants were poorly pressed. The correct way, I shouldn't have to say, to press pants is to have the crease merge into the main pleat. The pleats were done one way and the pant crease another and they didn't merge. Now, if the shirts had been delivered nicely pressed, I would've been able to overlook the absence of creases on the sleeves and the absence of a nice crease in the back pleat of the shirts. I took them to this cleaner because I was hoping they'd do a better job than I do pressing my shirts alone--no such chance. Also, I don't know if this is regional, but I think NO ONE in the area knows what heavy starch means. I don't care how comfortable a shirt feels as long as it looks good all day. You would figured that this being a swamp, people would know what heavy starch is. For those of you who do dry cleaning in the area, the way to do heavy starch isn't to add more light starch; it's entirely a different process. You SOAK the shirt in the liquid starch and then you dry it and then you steam it with the pressing machines you have. So, the only difference is that after you wash the shirt, instead of putting the shirt in fabric softener, you soak it in starch. The nice lady did offer to refinish them for me, but in this are, who has time when an establishment closes at 5 p.m.? I need things done correctly the first time. If any fellow yelpers know where there is a good dry cleaner in the area, please let me know.

I recently had my last and final experience of four separate shirts buttons broke off from their pressing and one or two shirts no problem but all four! Mind you I have been a customer for years conversing with his son about wrestling etc but that didn't matter he insisted I pay 5 dollars for the buttons his cleaners broke..wait picture this I pay to have clothes cleaned now I have to give world cleaner's more to fix my buttons they broke..this is the biggest scam..he showed me a sign stating they are not responsible for damages to clothing..picture having your car in the shop the mechanic damages it then shows you a sign..we are not responsible for the dent in your door..makes sense ..? Hell no..the fact that I was a long time customer meant nothing his focus was 5 dollars..if you have decent or clothing that is valuable DO NOT GO THERE..a female explained she had the same experience except she had burn marks on her dress from the negligence of the workers and was there to attempt to get a refund or some type of resolution. Please avoid world cleaner's if you have decent clothing...I spend money on my clothing too much to have it destroyed by a cleaners...sometimes you get what you pay for..cheap prices..CHEAP SERVICE

Thankfully, he was thorough, professional, and found my coats within five minutes--they were under the wrong number. I truly appreciate his great service. When I picked up my items that evening, I saw the night-shift employee in the back and asked for her name. She refused and said, "You left your review, you spoke to the manager, I don't have to give you my name." I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she was more focused on the review than the customer. It was also very telling that she knew exactly who I was. Due to this experience, I won't be returning to this location.

They claimed they returned everything to us; however, the bags we collected were only three instead of five. The worker was arguing with me and would not listen to my explanation. They charged me $24.99 for each comforter and $15.00 for the pillow cases. The only place I can see my comforters is on the receipt I used in purchasing them. The manager must play the camera to see how many comforters were taken out of there. You cannot be a thief in charge of people's property. There appears to be theft within the system, and the manager needs to be aware before this turns into a major lawsuit. This is the second time my comforter is being stolen in this place. The first time was five years ago and I thought the thief was no longer there. They are stealing over there. You need to be extremely careful trusting them with your clothing or belongings.
