I came back to Drulis Bros again for an oil change. They were pretty good, and the prices were great. I was in and out of the auto shop in less than half an hour. I called in the morning asking if I would be able to make an appointment the same day. IThey told me to come back around 2. When I showed up, there wasn't anyone in line in front of me so they saw me right away. For a Honda Civic the price for an oil change with inspection etc came out to less than $30. read more

They've been around for 22 years and I hope they stay. Family businesses are the best. Even though they were busy, they took the time to answer all my questions for my smog check. They also made sure I drove off the lot carefully since I could have easily hit my bumper on the trash bin (must have happened before.) Prices are comparable to Koreatown. So one day my car says change oil soon. I say to myself "I will..soon." About a week later the message changes to oil change required. To be honest this was not the soon I calculated in my mind but the cars message was agressively clear and even scared me a bit. She said they helped her with costs and did not try to up sell her on repairs not needed. She was right! Been meaning to write this review for a long time. Back in June 2019, my wife's 2000 Pontiac Grand Am has its fuel pump fail. The guys at Drulis Brothers replaced the part in less than one day and were extremely fair with the cost of the repair. When my wife said she was having concerns about the way the car was starting August the guys at Drulis had me bring it back so they could look at it. They found a couple of loose connections, fixed it up in two hours and didn't even charge me for the two return visits. Drulis Bros is the BEST! read more

Bought a used car from Autonation and knew it would need some tuning up of sorts, which I wanted to do before the 5 day return period was up to make sure everything was in generally good working order. Called around maybe 7 different highly rated shops in the area, and chose to bring it here based off the rough estimate I got on the phone for a few things I knew it needed. As it turns out, it needed way more repair work than I thought despite the folks at Autonation telling us it was in good working order, and we decided it wasn't worth keeping. Omar was nothing but honest, friendly, informative, and very fair with the repair estimate he gave us. He explained in detail everything he found would be an issue. A family spot that has been in mine for years, they will treat you right. To be honest, I would like to keep this place on the hush so I can still get in to see them when the whip is in distress. But, in true yelper fashion, I must share the wealth. Steve runs the Drulis Bros. and is just like your dad with a fluffy mustache. You can trust him to do you right, tell you what you should be doing and offers a friendly face every time. His team of excellent mechanics are kind and oh-so-knowledgeable. You may have to make an appt. but usually only for the next day. If you go without an appt., head there early morning to get in. Not much of a waiting room, actually its pretty grungy. But the fair and speedy service more than makes up for that. Have someone pick you up or they will drop you off back home. Everyone hates to go to the car shop, for obvious reasons. If you are like me, you gear yourself up for a screw-over. But, not here. It's just like Pop's place. If you don't need something, they will tell you. I've been going here since I started driving at 16. Local family run shop takes care of people and even remembers the different cars I've had over the years. From a little old beat up Toyota, an ancient VW Golf to my Mini Cooper, they've taken care of them all. I've replaced an engine even for a fraction of what other places quoted. Once I went in for something small and they took care of it in about three minutes and said "Don't Worry about it" I was like...HUH?? They said see you next time. NO CHARGE! They are honest guys who know their stuff. Price anyone and then come to see them, I would be really surprised if they were more expensive. Only down side is that they have a tiny little spot so if you work across town and can't get back over there before or after their hours, you run into a issue because they have very little space to store cars. read more

On Aug 25, 2012, went to a local repair shop in Rancho Cucamonga (AAA approved) due to an oil leak and a/c not turning on. After charging me $29.95 to diagnose the problem, the mechanic indicated I needed a new compressor, drier, etc. at a cost of $1990.27 On Sept 04, 2012, my wife and I decided to revisit Drulis Bros for a second diagnosis (had not visited in a while due to distance between my home and Drulis Bros). Upon arrival, the mechanic knew instantly what the problem was just from listening to the engine. I was told the repair would be around $1100 (included fixing oil leak). Picked up vehicle and to my surprise, the final bill was $841.65. No oil leaks and a/c working just fine. From this day forward, my wife and I have agreed that Drulis Bros will be the only ones working on our vehicles...just have to make that drive from the I.E. :-) read more

Staff is amazing..Highly recommended! I been going there for 5 yrs. I only paid 300 as of other place told me that I had to fix so many things with a total of 700. They won't tell you about things that you do not need. Operation Hours are amazing...they open at 6am-6pm M-F...drop it off this early and will be out the same day by 4pm. My entire office uses these guys! They're great & more importantly in a mechanic, guys you can trust. They don't try to sell you a bunch things you don't need and tell it to you like it is. I was so happy to have found such a great auto repair place! I've had them work on my car when it got rear-ended, to changing my break pads and oil. The prices are decent.
