We had the car towed over (2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid), and they diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue quickly and at a fair price. Unfortunately, the tech made a small mistake and once we got the car home, there was more oil on the driveway and a check engine light. Ugh, again. So we called back to Scott to see what he wanted us to do. We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and issues arise. How a business owner handles those issues are the difference between good businesses and great ones. This is a great one. Scott was MUCH more upset than we were! He got us back in same day and fixed the issue at no charge! (We should have paid for a necessary part, but he would not charge us.) With everything so expensive these days, and everyone trying to stretch a buck, it's hard to know if you're leaving your car with someone who cares about it as much as you do. Scott does. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!

After inspection, was sent a comprehensive evaluation AND was taken through all the points by Brian (Bryan?), and shown/told that car had a coolant leak that was likely going to result in having a $5000+ repair sooner than later. I met with Logan for a quote immediately after calling Friendly Auto, who was incredibly professional and kind enough to spend a minute putting the cover piece back in for me since I couldn't reach it. Logan gave me a quote, saying the timing could take anywhere from half hour to an hour due to different pieces needing to be removed to access the bulb area. We scheduled an appointment for the following day to get the bulbs replaced. The next day, Eric (manager) helped me get situated. With the service ending up being under a half hour of labor, he ended up reducing the cost of the service due to it being quicker than expected (which was honorable). You don't always see that kind of honesty in the auto service nowadays and it was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back here and we're pleased with the service provided!

They were very helpful regarding not only fixing my brake issues but also providing education regarding proper intervals in which I should be servicing other systems of the car. I am a home healthcare provider and my car is my lively hood in this career as I drive 25k mi per year. So in addition to brakes this visit he also swapped out spark plugs which ended up being an involved project based on their location on the vehicle. Pretty sure they were the original ones from 180,000 miles ago! We came up with a plan regarding maintenance of the coolant and transmission fluid at a future date as they were looking fine at the moment. If you're looking for a shop with an honest, family feel where the owner wholeheartedly takes the time diagnose, repair, and provide education regarding this is the one. Also the prices were very reasonable and I was provided with a detailed invoice noting each charge.
