They let me know what I needed without making it urgent that I do a bunch of unnecessary stuff to my car. I was able to use the info and prioritize what needs to be done vs what can wait. They're very professional and reliable. I'm going to be back for sure. But for now just car is running so much better and it didn't cost me a crazy high amount. I hate going to car shops, but from now on I don't have to worry and get nervous. I actually found people who seem to care about their customers and know what they're doing.

In both situations, they were thorough, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on before moving forward. The BMW issue especially could have been stressful, but they diagnosed it properly and fixed it rather quickly for wayyyyy less than the dealer and other shops quoted us. That meant a lot to us as we have kids in college and it's hard to deal with a huge car repair expense unexpectedly. We also had window tinting done there, and the quality is excellent omg clean lines, no bubbles, and it looks amazing! Held up perfect in the AZ heat! After many attempts the car wouldn't start. Jerome of Automotive Solutions Mobile blamed it on a faulty battery. Even with the battery charger attached for full charge, the car still would not start. The battery is practically new and the car was working just fine before Automotive Solutions Moble attached their equipment to it. Jerome refused to take responsibility and told me to buy a new battery. By the way, they were called for work on my truck head light. There was nothing wrong with the car. I suppose Automotive Solutions Mobile just wanted to break my Mercedes Benz on his own volition. AUTOMOTIVE Solutions Mobile had worked on my car in 2017 and the same thing happened. I took the car to German Auto Repair where they found evidence of aftermarket equipment that caused problems with the computer. They charged me a great deal of money to reset the computer so the car would start.

Having been a Roadside customer in 2018 I was sure they could repair my Dodge Megacab 5.9 Cummins properly. Upon arrival Dave had all the parts ready for installation. Crank seal with wear sleeve , new radiator and thermostat, water pump. The Advanced Maintenance crew of Technicians Mark, David,Chris and Dan all had a hand in repairing my truck with Mark doing the majority (great mechanic,extremely knowledgeable in regards to Cummins engines). When the major repairs were completed regular maintenance was addressed: oil and filter changed, air filter,fuel filter, transmission pan drop and new fluid, filter. Mark then addressed the front sway bar bushings and installed new sway bar links. My truck is now leak free running and riding great. Thanks again Advanced Maintenance Phoenix. With pull towing, it would not exceed 2 hours. However, they ultimately charged me double the agreed-upon price because their driver insisted on lifting, and they didn't inform me. They forced me to pay or threatened to drop the trailer off at the auction when they didn't follow the instructions.
