I received quotes from many companies and I decided to go with the cheapest and they might have been the greatest quality value to finally upgrade my panels from 120 to 220 for my Tesla. Donnie came to do the estimate the next day after I called and I scheduled service two weeks later and was serviced by three great workers Dan Joe and Paul they were so amazing together and were always punctual for each day that the project took! The installations itself was quick and efficient. The electricians worked neatly and carefully, and they made sure to clean up any mess before they left. We had an appt for 7:30 AM on a Friday morning. No emergency just some standard work we wanted to have done. They were prompt professional and even went to the store to purchase supplies during the appointment to complete the job!! This morning I came home from work and smelled burning in my garage. My circuit panel was smoking and sparking, then it blew up and all the power went off in my house. I called DRP and they had someone down to my house in less than 30 minutes. Don and Dan diagnosed the problem and had the old circuit board removed and completely replaced with a new circuit board and new wires, the whole 9 yards plus one more in less than a couple of hours. The new circuit board is professionally done and neat. They were honest, and professional. I highly highly recommend and pricing was average rate, that you would find for this type of work. I had a similar experience to Carlos. Basically this is a one man company run by a guy named Don. He was an older guy who claimed he had decades of experience. It looked and seemed to be the case, and I felt assured he was competent and knew what he was doing when he made the initial visit to diagnose my problem. Here's where the mess began. He said the job would require additional help from more techs (which did seem to be the case), so he said he'd return the following morning with more electricians. I was completely under the impression (by how he spoke..."I will return") that he would be doing the work and only receiving help from his support techs. HOWEVER, he sent two guys in his place and never let me know he wouldn't be doing the work himself. This same guy Sheldon came with another guy, and by how they were working, I quickly got the impression they barely knew what they were doing. They spent more than THREE HOURS tearing up my house trying to figure out how to fix the problem. They weren't able to fix the issue, and claimed they'd have to return next week to finish. I was then charged more than $300 for the visit, but they didn't have any invoices on them, so I had to call in to their office (which is basically just one woman, who repeatedly forgot to follow up with me numerous times). She had my e-mail, but never sent me an invoice for the work, so I have no idea what specifically I was even being charged for. Lo and behold, the next week arrives and these guys don't show. I call in, and the woman there says the techs shouldn't be making the appointments themselves, and so it was never scheduled. Laughably, she knew what they were coming to fix, yet never bothered to set up the appointment herself or confirm anything with me. She then said she'd call Don and see when they could re-schedule. That was now FIVE HOURS AGO and I haven't heard from her. Sadly, I'm very suspicious that this Don doesn't even have the confidence in his own tech to properly do the job (since it required more than a simple fix), so he's avoiding following up with me. So here I am down more than $300, almost two weeks have gone by, and my problem is still not fixed. AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL HACK LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this electrician like the plague! I had a job, a whole house renovation, done about four years ago and my contractor used DRP. Huge mistake. Three years later we are STILL correcting mistakes DRP made. Their work is shoddy and careless. They try to use cheap inferior products to the homeowners detriment. We woke up to find the conduit pipe that brings the electric power into our home had separated from the house. It looked like it might be a dangerous situation. Called DRP and Don arrived in less than 30 minutes. Don told us he'd have a crew out to make the repair by 2:30 and he did. By 3:30 the repair was complete. Outstanding service. this company has to be the worst that I have ever dealt with. Not one person in the company was professional or respectful they sent a guy name Sheldon to my house he smelled like alcohol he took things apart and didn't know how to put them back together he he caught a substantial damage to my house from wiring short-circuits I called and spoke with his boss Don who is also the owner and I got nowhere I would not recommend them to anyone. read more
