The whole process was incredibly seamless from start to finish. Dylan took my rough vision, fine-tuned it, and turned out exactly what I wanted! I was living in my house while these projects occurred and the whole crew took the stress out of every step of the project - something I REALLY appreciated. Dylan was incredibly responsive during the whole project as we worked out last minute details and changes, and the crew showed up on-time every single day (unless communicated otherwise), worked diligently all day, and at the end of the day, cleaned up and took progress photos for the online client portal. Since this was a major plumbing job, I also really appreciate the crew's attention to addressing things there outdated or done improperly in the past instead of just hooking up new fixtures to what was pre-existing. I had an unconventional job request and he accommodated me- especially since he had to take apart the terrible job another guy did. What was once an uncomfortable, underutilized area is now a beautiful basement with a dedicated office, a workout space, and a much better-sized, well-organized utility room. In addition, they replaced all of our carpet with hardwood floors throughout the main level, and the results are amazing. The craftsmanship and finish quality exceeded our expectations -- the house feels completely elevated and refreshed. Noam was exceptional throughout the entire process.
