Scott at Ace's immediately put my mind at ease and assured me he would take good care of it. During the disassembly, Scott discovered previous damage that had never been reported and had actually been glued together. Instead of overlooking it, he worked with my insurance company to make sure the car was repaired the right way. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Ace's had me in a rental car the same day I reported the claim, and about a week and a half later my car was ready. I honestly think it looks better than when I bought it. The paint is flawless, the headlights are crystal clear, the alignment is perfect, and the overall finish makes it feel like a brand-new car. I truly appreciate Scott and the entire team at Ace's for their professionalism, excellent communication, and quality workmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs collision repairs.

From start to finish, the entire team made the process incredibly easy. Marco runs his shop with genuine care and Alex was always responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. Those thoughtful touches showed they truly care about their customers, not just the repair itself. I also have to give a special shoutout to Isaac. He was exceptionally polite, had an incredible eye for detail, and took real pride in his work. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it shows in the quality of service he provides. Amazing work at reasonable price!! Less than one day turn around for PPF wrapping for me!…read more I was so hesitant and worried up until I picked up my car. On Yelp, it shows 1 review so I questioned Nomi why this business only has one review. Long story short, Yelp charges businesses for various things like promoting businesses and showing reviews. You can see all the hidden reviews at the very bottom of Wrap Clinic Yelp page. I got clear PPF on the front of Rav4. I really wanted this done in one day. They met this goal and so happy I went with Wrap clinic! One day turn around!! Good quality, 10 year warranty, usually on adhesive, discoloration and not actual damage from everyday use. I didn't see any bubbles anywhere so that is good. What's interesting is that Wrap Clinic does not have any signs outside or in front of their garage. Initially I couldn't find their business. I had to ask inside the gates to find the business. Getting your car into the garage is scary, there's barely any space in the drive way. Really loved doing business here. I would recommend people I know when they need PPF or other service.

The repair was done at a reasonable time considering Covid and supply chain issues in California and America in general. And Laura was great in communicating and updating us on the repair. The second picture below is post-repair. I highly recommend J&R. Great service, great communication, and great repair. I will come back for any future auto body repairs. Alonzo was also great about keeping me updated and sending pictures throughout the process. The tint looks great as well. Unfortunately, right after the camera installation, my car started making a noise it had never made before, coming from the same area where the installation took place. Alonzo believes it may be the brake booster. I can't say for sure the installation caused it, but the timing is concerning. I want to believe that if something was accidentally disturbed during the installation, it was simply an accident. I also noticed that after the ceramic tint was installed, my radio reception became very static, which was never an issue before. I'm disappointed with the issues that started afterward

I had a disappointing experience with a cashier during my recent visit to AutoZone…read more When I approached the register, the cashier seemed uninterested in assisting customers and was engaged in a conversation with a coworker instead of focusing on the checkout process. During the transaction, he openly complained about his manager, specifically mentioning that his manager had repeatedly told him to put his phone away. He went on to say that he had no intention of following those instructions and would simply wait for the manager to walk away before taking his phone back out and continuing to use it. This conversation took place in front of customers and created an unprofessional atmosphere. Throughout the interaction, the cashier came across as rude and inattentive, showing the same dismissive attitude toward customers that he was expressing toward his manager. After I paid for my items, I asked for a bag. The cashier abruptly responded "We don't have any" and shrugged his shoulders. He made no effort to offer an alternative solution or even acknowledge the inconvenience. My merchandise was simply left on the counter, leaving me to gather the items and carry them out myself. Customer service is a major part of the retail experience, and this interaction reflected poorly on the store. Employees should remain professional, focus on assisting customers, and avoid discussing workplace disputes or disregarding management instructions in front of customers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve the customer experience. This took place on Tuesday, 6/16/26, between 5:00-5:30pm at Register 4.
