Better than Privilege Paint as well and less expensive by a third. Don't want to get more paint work done but if I do I will be back to see Jon. Easy to communicate with as well. They met this goal and so happy I went with Wrap clinic! One day turn around!! Good quality, 10 year warranty, usually on adhesive, discoloration and not actual damage from everyday use. I didn't see any bubbles anywhere so that is good. What's interesting is that Wrap Clinic does not have any signs outside or in front of their garage. Initially I couldn't find their business. I had to ask inside the gates to find the business. Getting your car into the garage is scary, there's barely any space in the drive way. Really loved doing business here. I would recommend people I know when they need PPF or other service.

Recently, I needed to replace the evaporator core and expansion valve for my A/C, and the dealership quoted me almost twice what JAC did. Since it was such an expensive repair, I decided to give JAC a try, and I'm so glad I did. The first thing that impressed me was the size of the shop. They have multiple service bays, not just in the main area but in another section as well. More importantly, the customer service was outstanding. Whenever I called with a question, Kevin didn't have someone else relay the information--he got on the phone himself and kept me updated every step of the way. When the replacement part they received turned out to be defective, they handled it quickly and made it right without any hassle. Another thing I really appreciated was the complimentary rides to and from my home while my car was being repaired. Maria and Mario were both incredibly kind. Maria mentioned she had recently joined JAC after working as a parts driver for another company, and she had nothing but positive things to say about the people there, which spoke volumes to me. Then, over the weekend, while driving to Orange County and finally enjoying my cold A/C, I started hearing a strange wind noise coming from my convertible top. I thought maybe a seal had come loose, but when I got home and looked under the car, I discovered my engine splash shield had torn loose and was scraping the road. I called JAS right away, and they immediately contacted the parts department, ordered the replacement, and took care of it quickly. I want to thank the entire team. From Kevin, Roger, and Dan to Maria and Mario, everyone I dealt with was professional, honest, and genuinely helpful. It's hard to find a repair shop you can trust, but I can honestly say I trust JAC. They may not give your vehicle a courtesy wash before you leave, but if you're saving $$ is it really worth it? The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

My U-joint finally failed after almost 40 years in me Jeeps before I could change it out. A couple friends recommend this place because they were pleased with their business so I brought the drive shafts both over. I talked with Sergio & he provided all the info I needed to know. He even loaned me a U-joint to take home so I could check the fitment on the yoke making sure it was still snug. About a week and a half later he called me up & told me they were done. So I picked them up & saw how nice they had made them! The rear drive shaft needed to be balanced so it's better than ever. Sergio provided me with great customer service which I greatly appreciated because that's not easy to find these days as most places don't care along with doing shoddy work. i recently bought a truck , and when i got up to freeway speeds it started to shake and vibrate like crazy. At home i crawled under it to trouble shoot ,and i found the rear u-joint was shot and the middle carrier bearing had a lot of play. Went to Toyota and bought the parts to do the job myself .when i was preparing to do the repair , i took a closer look at the other u-joints and they were questionable , so i went to driveshaftpro. turned out he used the same quality u-joints as the dealership at more than half the price. I returned the parts i bought to toyota and had driveshaftpro do the whole drive line for me . Went here on a recommendation from a friend after several alerts were flashing on our Toyota's…read moredashboard. Juan diagnosed the problem one by one and discovered it was one issue that caused the other alerts. He easily could've ran the bill up saying there were other issues, but didn't. He also went to 2 different dealerships to get oem parts (he doesn't trust after market parts for our issue) so he could complete it same day for us. Trustworthy, friendly staff who helped as well, I'll be going back without hesitation next time I have an issue.
