More than excited about my new car purchase and can't wait to drive it all around the city of LA…read moreand a beautiful state of California. After dealing with several dealerships and car brokers without being able to get to a desirable price level I ended up finding Zorik and his stellar team. Believe my experience as I had a chance to compare - these guys have the best prices and deals possible. Moreover their experience is so vast they can work on different options with you and help you make the right choice that is definitely going to benefit your budget and preferences. I almost lost my hope to find the car with the features I wanted for a reasonable price. But thanks to Edward and his amazing brokerage experience I ended up even with a better option. They were also nice enough to keep my previous car at their parking lot over the weekend before I came back on Monday to turn it in to a dealership. On top of that they put their best effort and kindly attached a number plate to my front bumper using their own instruments saving me a trip to a dealership where it should have been done from the get go. I've had above and beyond amazing experience with these guys. Needless to say I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know and definitely will be back for my next purchase.

Refusal to investigate their own incompetent credit reporting has forced me to get an FCRA…read moreattorney. SchoolsFirst furnished false data to credit bureaus, declared they'd "no longer communicate" with me, then sent me documents calling my loan an "auto loan." I never had an auto loan with SchoolsFirst. I took out a $1,000 Classroom Supplies loan in 2023. Paid it off. Done, or so I thought. SchoolsFirst then reported a 30-day late payment to credit bureaus that their own internal records contradict. When I disputed it with documentation, they responded with boilerplate and declared in writing that they would "no longer communicate" with me on the matter. Here's where it gets worse: all three credit bureaus report this account completely differently from each other. One bureau is still reporting the entire account as past due, three years later, for a loan that was paid in full and closed in 2023. Same loan. Same furnisher. Three different stories. That is not a dispute. That is a data integrity failure. Then they mailed me a formal payment history letter, their own document on their letterhead, that described my Classroom Supplies loan as an "auto loan." I have never had an auto loan with SchoolsFirst. That is not a typo. That is a fabricated loan type in an official dispute response, which tells you everything about the reliability of their record-keeping.

They speak professionally in a "back handed compliment kinda of way". I read someone indicating this place has "terrible customer services" - well, its that persons own fault - they sould have done their homework and knew EXACTLY what they wanted before coming in. (the people who work here are not paid enuf to give a damn. ) And be ready for EVERYTHING TO TAKE FOREVER. No one working here has a sense of time or ugency. But I do like the little robot dude

This response is exactly the kind of vague corporate non-answer I expected…read more This is not about me "feeling" that the dispute was not resolved to my satisfaction. Dino's charged me $114.70 for a $14.70 order. I gave Logix the itemized receipt showing the correct amount. Dino's never provided an itemized receipt showing that I bought anything worth $114.70, and Logix never explained why the extra $100 was considered valid. I reported the charge immediately after the purchase in December 2025. Months later, Logix still had not made any real effort to resolve it. Instead, they sent me the same irrelevant paperwork twice and encouraged me to handle the problem myself by confronting the owner of Dino's, even though I had already explained that the merchant refused to take responsibility. I was then warned that I could be charged up to $500 if I continued disputing the charge. I eventually closed the claim because the time and effort I had already spent trying to recover $100 had far exceeded the value of the money itself. That does not mean the dispute was properly resolved. It means Logix made continuing it no longer worth my time. Your response takes no responsibility for any of this. It simply says you are sorry I feel disappointed. That is not accountability. It is public-relations language designed to make Logix look responsive without addressing the actual complaint. I have now closed my Logix account and am happily banking elsewhere.
