Showed up on the day to rent bikes and they allowed us to try a few before deciding. The bikes could be in better condition, most of the fleet were showing significant wear. One of our e-bikes had low battery charge and even though someone was able to bike out to where we were to delivery another battery, the replacement was also low and wouldn't be enough for the time we rented. We also lost time waiting for the other battery. However, kudos to the staff and owner because they made it right for us when we returned the bikes. Spot has good staff and a great location. Refreshing the bikes with newer models would bump it to 5 stars.

Dennis is the most legit guy ever. My son was completely stuck with a broken front wheel and axle…read more Nobody could find him the parts or get a response from multiple vendors. We almost gave up and bought a new ebike. This went on for over a month. I walked in to ask if he could get some parts and he did a quick assessment on the damage. Dennis fixed the wheel, put all new bearings and lubrication, fabricated a solid axle(not hollow, which was OEM), changed both tires and tubes, and added the Tannis Armour tire liner to the tires. He did this all in front of me as a walk-in while we chatted. Took him like 20 minutes for it all. My son is back in business and you couldn't have seen a happier 13 year old. Such a fair price for it all. Dennis will have a large family, with a ton of bikes, as his customers forever.
