Incredible service and knowledge of how to repair e-bikes. I live in irvine and had three consecutive flat tires in three weeks. All that was done was replace the tube and send us off again. After the third flat tire, I decided to ask who a reputable e-bike repair was and Driven was highly recommended. Not only did they repair my tire and found the metal culprit that the other store didn't, they also suggested I put a protective foam liner outside of my inner tube to protect my tube from future flat tires. The previous store I went to never suggested this option; seems they were happy to continue seeing me and my flat tires. Last but not least, the turn around time was 2 hours vs 7 days!! The customer service hits it out of the ballpark. They truly care, were very professional and reasonable in their pricing. Will definitely be coming here for all future repairs. Excellent bike shop! I had difficulty finding a bike due to my height being right at 5 feet. Most bikes are made for those 5'4" and taller and the seats are adjustable to only those heights. I had originally purchased a beast of bike by Mokwheel. Very nice, big and fat tires. It proved to be more of beast than I could handle and I ultimately sold it nearly brand new. That's when my hunt started for a bike that was more fitting to my size. I made some calls and found Driven. They stated they had bikes that I could get into. I went down and was able to locate a bike by Magicycle. Now it was not as beefed up or aggressive looking as the Mokwheel, but I felt comfortable in it. My feet could touch the ground and that was really what I was looking for. The bike had a little more torque on take off and it actually worked out better for me. Fast forward to now, less than a year later. The bike started having issues with the battery. Spoke to Ben at Driven and dropped it off for repair. Got the battery back after a few days and the bike felt brand new again. They even unlocked for me, making the bike a bit faster. The service here is unmatched. The guys in the shop are super helpful and resourceful. I would recommend not only buying here, but definitely bringing in your E-bike, scooter for any repairs needed. read more

Ben, Zach and the crew are awesomeness... Brought in the wife's driven bike because something kicked up and got caught in the rear wheel... It broke 2 or 3 spokes and broke the tube neck... They had it fixed up and looking amazing in just a few days... Got a new rear tire too because the tread wear and super glad that they suggested that... Reasonable price for repairs and it was cheaper than expected... They now selling himiway which I bought last year direct but it was a hassle from the himiway store so glad my next purchase will be there at driven bikes soon... I also picked up the himiway brake pads here and cancelled my online order from the himiway store... Got them fast and in Stock No waiting for delivery.. Checked out a few, test drove in the back parking lot, then went to check out a couple of other stores, because we were new to e-bikes in general. Recomendation: Buy your bike here, but get any needed work done elsewhere. Reviewing 2 things here, the bike I purchased, and the shop. SHOP: These guys are knowledgeable, friendly and have a nice selection if electric bikes. We've been shopping around and knew what we wanted and found it here. But, DO NOT drop your bike off for service. They do fine work but they are SO disorganized and slow. The shop is unorganized so you can see why the service is always behind or haphazard. They tell me my bike will be ready by 5, I get there and they essentially just start working on it, and I have to wait for over an hour. This happened on a few occasions. They lost parts or broke parts on my bike because they aren't organized, and so on. BIKE: Playa 750: - Pros: This bike is so comfortable, able to sit upright. Great handlebars, vs straight handlebars that most evikes have. The step thru is a must for these heavy bikes. Great power and I've ridden 30 miles on a battery with some peddling, so the battery is solid. This is a pretty big bike and you can semi-customize the look! Love my bike! - Cons, more of a wish list for changes: 1. battery meter is not great, it shows 4 bars. So in the last 25%, you have no idea how close you are to empty. Would be so much better if it gave a % of battery is left. 2. Throttle is always max, so be careful taking off. On my other ebike, different brand, the throttle is low at PAS 1, stronger and PAS 2, and so forth. 3. Other: The breaks work great, but they rub very slightly on a ture. Ive adhuated and playwd w it but cant get it to stop. Also, the fenders sometimes make a cheap sound as they are metal, which I know is more durable, but they clank around at times. read more

This place has quality bikes really strong, fast, great motors, great batteries. Great customer service. When you go somewhere to buy a bike you're going to get the bare stripped down version and to get all of the accessories that come on these bikes like a rear rack and fenders shims o gear set already built in and I can't say enough about the customer service. We bought a couple bikes down the street at electric bike company we paid way more for the bikes the bikes were slow the batteries died quick and they had zero accessories.
