I went to La Quinta Chevrolet just to look at the new Traverse's and see if there are any deals but…read morehad a very short time because we drove down for doctor appointments. Pedro Ramirez, sales professional, came out to help me and my husband. He was very nice, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and didn't try to give me the sales pitch. He understood that we were on a tight schedule and I either wanted to make the deal or not. I wanted one vehicle, but it was not going to happen, and we had to go to another appointment. But Pedro did not stop there and while we at our appointment he was working on getting the Traverse I wanted at a price I wanted. Needless to say, they found it at another dealership and was able to get the Traverse the very next day. Pedro went through all the vehicles features with me, had it detailed answered all my questions and then some. I dealt with Leo in Financing and again he was very knowledgeable, helpful and so nice. My entire experience with them from start to finish was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend them when you want to buy your next vehicle and I absolutely love my Traverse!!!!!! Thank you Pedro and Leo!!!!

In today's world of lackluster customer service, this dealership not only performed the service required, they actually went out of their way and replaced the battery which was about to go out of warranty. Buying and selling cars can be stressful, to say the least. We had an older Prius that it was time…read moreto move on from. Did the usual postings on various websites. One of the calls we received was from Khalil at KR Auto Group. While selling to another private party usually yields a better selling price it is also a lot of DMV paperwork and other details like dealing with personalized plates, proper release of liability forms, just to name a few. Khalil made us a great offer, handled all the DMV paperwork, etc. Did we leave a few dollars on the table? Maybe, but we were very happy with all aspects of the transaction. In addition Khalil is a really nice guy. When I need to let go of another vehicle I'm going to KR Auto Group, they are 'banging on all cylinders' Yes! pun intended.

Wow! Refreshing experience. Got a call from the owner interested in purchasing my vehicle. I…read moreassumed it was private party. Turned out it was a dealer. Here's the best part: I received ALL the benefits of selling to a dealer (no smog required, no need to update registration or transfer title, minor issues that needed addressing were ignored, etc..) AND he paid me what I was hoping to get from a private party. I have never met the owner prior to this day and am leaving this review solely based on what an absolutely stress free experience I had in what is normally a nightmare. Top notch, honest guy!

I came at 8:30 and service was closed. I called to service but nobody respond me. There was also another guy who was waiting and also had an appointment. After half an hour waiting, that guy said that service respond to him and said that service will be opened at 12 pm and he should drop keys in mail box hole. WHAT? For me service continuously not responding. That whole situation was weird and I decided go home. Service did not respond whole day and days after. TLDR. Horrible service, I spent my work time, which for me hard to find and nobody even respond to me. No respect to customers, just don't spend a time.

Warning About Nissan Cathedral City…read more I purchased a 2017 Jeep Renegade from Nissan Cathedral City on January 2, 2025. Within months, the car developed major mechanical and electrical failures, including cooling fan issues, shorted circuits, a malfunctioning backup camera, a broken sunroof motor, and more. The vehicle has now been out of service since May 12, 2025 over 115 days and counting. Despite my purchase coming with both a dealer warranty and extended coverage, Nissan has refused to take responsibility, provide a refund, or replace the vehicle. Instead of standing by their customer, they have left me paying for a car I cannot drive while I continue to deal with rental car expenses, insurance, and the financial and personal hardship this has caused. My advice: Do not buy a car from Nissan Cathedral City. They do not stand behind their vehicles or their customers when problems arise. I am sharing this to warn others so no one else in our community has to go through this nightmare.
