All went well, so i decided why not do my next oil change there. When I scheduled the first one they were really pushing a pre-paid 3 oil change package. I preferred they earn my business by offering great service. after the first service they left a half full water bottle in my truck. I asked them in the future please don't leave trash in my vehicle. Strike one! So when I went for the second oil change they again pushed their pre-paid oil change package which I declined after the first experience. Well when I asked for a tire rotation, all my tires were a little low on pressure. This is normal in the winter time and since they were going to rotate my tires I didn't air them up myself. When I got my vehicle, no trash this time but all my tires were 5 to 6 psi low like the were when i brought it in. So much for full service... Strike 2! Now when i needed them to do me a solid and please squeeze me for an oil change. I showed up a half hour early before opening and was first in line. they said I would have to leave it and pick it up at 5pm. I said sorry but my schedule wouldn't allow and I need to make an emergency trip across the country to see family in need. So Strike 3! Never again! I immediately drove from there to Jessup GMC in Cathedral City. They looked busy but was able to get me out and on the road in 2 hours. So kudos to them and hopefully LQ Chevrolet will take note and remember great service earns business, not multiple pre-paid service at a discount. If the service is bad then there really is no discount. Maybe after being loyal and earning my business you offer a discount for being loyal, not before.

I must say that their customer service is exceptional! The front desk associates are so very super nice and friendly, and they seem more like talking with a good close friend who knows all about auto repairs vs. often dealing with drab/ordinary auto repair front desk associates. Best of all, when I was getting a quote for my needed repair, the desk associate volunteered and asked me if I was a member of the AAA Automobile Club, and I said "Yes.", so I was able to save even more money on my needed repair. Most auto repair shops would probably never ask you if you had a AAA membership so that they could charge you even higher vehicle repair prices. Then most of all, I sincerely appreciated that they never tried to do any up-sales for my repair. They politely quoted me on the work I wanted done AND they did not include any other suggested repairs. From start to finish during my car repair, the entire team was super nice, professional, courteous, responsive, and straightforward. They keep nice looking cars that have been sold long ago on their website to lure people into the showroom.... which I find is often the case with these types of businesses.
