They always have a smile on there faces and great customers service delivered with kindness and understanding. I recently fell into a horrible situation with the bank wanting to drop my loan for missing my payment after talking to the bank numerous times and them not wanting to work with me. David ball personally called on my behalf and was able to get the bank to continue to finance me. Without David and Morris's help I would have lost my car. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to ball auto motive, they are the best and get you the best. Thank you David and Morris for hooking me up with a sweet ride and helping me keep it.. I won't go anywhere else..

I've went back and forth about this review. Our salesman Morris was awsome no one was like sharks…read morebut once getting the car has been hell. We were told things that weren't true when we were in the buying process that showed to not be true. The transmission went out 2 months in was told to take it the shop 2 days didn't hear anything I call to check they say they can't find it after waiting 5 days to see if anyone located the car and call me I attempted to speak to the dealership supervisor that was a run around. During all this I found out what they tell you about the warranty and what's true is a lie partly my own fault more education on my side and the sales woukd be good 2 weeks later I did get a new transmission wasn't as timely or professional as I'd like but problem solved for no fee. Tags are expired was told current ones would be paid by dealer and I could get them there well today dmv renewal comes. I'm disappointed I had higher expectations but they are all about getting people with little to no credit into cars no matter thr quality of thr car.

He's punctual, communicative, and follows through on everything he says he will. That kind of consistency means a lot when you're leaving your vehicle in someone else's hands. The rest of the team matches his energy. Every staff member I've encountered is warm, courteous, and greets you like they actually mean it. It sets the tone the moment you walk in. The waiting area is a nice bonus too. Open and connected to the showroom, it feels more like a lounge than a typical service waiting room. Coffee, water bottles, vending machines, and solid WiFi make the wait genuinely comfortable. If you're looking for a service department where you feel like a valued customer and not just a work order number, this is it. Ask for Jairo. You won't be disappointed.

So while they were in there I ask them to change my radiator hose witch you have to take off all the same parts as the belt. Well they charged the same labor for the belt as they did for the hose even though they had all the parts removed already and they charged Me $114.00 for the hose. I pulled it up on mopar web site and it is a $44.98 part. so the labor for the serpentine belt was $314.00 and labor for the radiator hose was the same $314.00 to install 2 hose clamps and a new hose a little ridiculous I think You might want to try TECH - AGE AUTO THEY WORK ON ANY BRAND AND THEY ARE HONEST PEOPLE

I went in a few months back with a trade in, good car, decent miles, no mechanical problems, the guy told me $1500 to trade it in plus an additional $500 out of pocket, which was no big deal, I found a jeep that was big enough for my family. The service engine light was on but they insisted they just fixed the problem days before and it just needed to be reset, I said ok no problem, signed papers ect drove away. Literally three days later I went camping, the 4x4 needs to be serviced. So I take it back, talk to the owner Kristtian, he says ok well I whole sold your car, so I can try to get it back but don't count on it. I was ok why not work a deal with a car that actually works. He said ok, we walked around the lot, I found a nice Nissan. I said ok let's make a deal with this one. He said yes this will be much much better I can get your payments even lower, this car is a lot cheaper blah blah blah. Well the $1500 that was supposed to come from my trade in turns out to only be a $500 trade in and they wanted $1500 cash. And not only that, my payments did go down but only because it went from being a 47 month lease to a 60 month lease and the price difference was only a few hundred. So I said whatever at this point I'll be out of a car and money if I don't take the deal. So I signed everything paid $800 cash and the rest was to be done in a few weeks. So he said take the Jeep home, I have to fix a few things before you take it. A week later it was done (so Kristtian told me) and I went to pick it up. When I drove it off the lot, I noticed a light was on, looked it up, all four tired were almost completely flat. So I was like ok no big deal, easy fix. Then on the freeway I realized there was a weird humming noise coming from the back. And the engine was making odd noises. So I ended up calling him and he said well we can fix it you just need to pay half of the labor and parts, at this point I'm outraged, I told him no you either fix it since you swore it was in perfect condition or the rest of the down payment I'm keeping and putting that towards paying for it to be fixed. So he said fine do that then. I was about 3 days late on my first payment and he came and repoed it without even talking to me, when I called and asked what was going on after talking to the loan company he said well you were unhappy with the car, you said it didn't run right, and you never finished paying me, so I figured I'd take it back. This is by far the WORST dealership to go to. These people give you the run around, rip you off, sell piece of shit cars, and lie like there is no tomorrow. Be very very careful coming here.
