I recently fell into a horrible situation with the bank wanting to drop my loan for missing my payment after talking to the bank numerous times and them not wanting to work with me. I've went back and forth about this review. Our salesman Morris was awsome no one was like sharks but once getting the car has been hell. We were told things that weren't true when we were in the buying process that showed to not be true. The transmission went out 2 months in was told to take it the shop 2 days didn't hear anything I call to check they say they can't find it after waiting 5 days to see if anyone located the car and call me I attempted to speak to the dealership supervisor that was a run around. During all this I found out what they tell you about the warranty and what's true is a lie partly my own fault more education on my side and the sales woukd be good 2 weeks later I did get a new transmission wasn't as timely or professional as I'd like but problem solved for no fee. Tags are expired was told current ones would be paid by dealer and I could get them there well today dmv renewal comes. I'm disappointed I had higher expectations but they are all about getting people with little to no credit into cars no matter thr quality of thr car. read more

Can I rate negative stars? This place completely ripped off, and took advantage of our daughter! As a new car buyer on her own, she ended up with a complete lemon! While they convinced her that a "warranty" would help her, this lemon broke down more than it worked. The idiots at this dealership, would then leave her without a car for weeks, while they "fixed" the problem. A local legit dealer looked at her paperwork, and couldn't believe her situation, but at the same time shared the horror stories related to very dissatisfied Ball customers. My advice- the "Deal" will cost you more in the end, Ball is corrupt and doesn't give a S--- about their customers. This place is the worst ever! I loved a Scion TC, but a few days after purchasing it they told me to return it back. I told them if I couldn't have the car why did they let me drive off the lot with it. Then when I went to return it, they ALL sat me down and showed me a car that was in the shop because it fell through the cracks to sell it. I told him I would drop 2k for it. But Morris said he wanted 3k and I reluctantly paid. I bought the car only to find out that the tires were all wrong sizes with different size lug nuts. The car's transmission gets stuck on hills and the oil cap was the wrong size and All the oil leaked out on the first oil change. If that wasn't bad enough, there is no power windows or doors. And now almost 8 months later they won't give me my registration because they want an extra 1k for themselves. Don't ever go there! They screw everybody over. Ohh and they messed up my account number to automate the payments thru my bank and I missed the first 2 payments and my credit score dropped because they have bad management! ! read more

Worst car lot you could by from my mother already posted a comment but I'd like to put in my own two sense to this bullshit company that brakes people's wallets and doesn't give a shit doing it. The customer service is horrible they treated me like a little girl who didn't know what she was doing but the fact that I nearly had the car for about a year and it was in their bullshit "auto shop" weeks at a time getting half ass fixed so I could drive it for a couple days and then it would break down again. They went around and around the problem to squeeze more and more money. The car was a complete lemon and when I fought back about paying for repairs they went off on me and tried to scam more money out of me they are a joke and I will spend every chance I get to make sure no one goes to this dealership that is how much of asshole prices of shit they are. BUYERS BEWARE! This car dealer is not trustworthy. They don't keep there written promises. I purchased a vehicle from them in the contract it stated they were going to fix my air conditioner. I continued to go to their mechanic shop for 2 years. Each time they would only put a band-aid a send me off. After the 2 years they say we can't help you your warranty is over. They gave me a carfax that was altered. The vehicle is purchased had been in a car accident. I've heard of many other stories about Balls Automotive being crooks. BEWARE!! I bought a car and since I bought it the car needed new brakes, A/C compressor, new radiator, new gas cap and now $2,000 for power steering and I have had the car for only 2 months.They do not live up to their word. I went to buy a car there. When I got the car it was a great car. After taking the car off the lot, I notice that there was a transmission problem. So I took the car to my auto place. After looking at it they told me that the check engine light is on. But it is not on in the dash. So after that they told me that the Transmission ECM is bad and needs to be replaced. It will be around $700 for the part. I went back to the dealer and talked to Orlando. He told me that the car works and "LETS WAIT TILL THE CAR GETS FUNDED". I asked what do you mean, He replied we need to have the car funded before you can make any claims on the warranty for repair. So I called them and they told me that they do not cover that part. So I went back to the dealer and they told me that they will pay and have it fixed. About 2 days later the dealer called me and stated that we need the down payment. I asked that I do not pay that till the car gets fixed. Then they told me that the car will not get funding if they do not get the down payment. I advise them that I would like to bring the car back and not do the deal. Orlando told me that I will have to take to Dave Ball. So I went into the dealer and I talked to Mr. Ball. He told that that he cannot get the car funded if the down payment is not made. I told him that the car is not working and that I do not want the car. He told me that he cannot fix the car without the funding. (I know how bad that sounds but my head was not on straight was not thinking at the time Just found out that I am not the dad of my son for over 9 years). So I asked him what I should do. He told me once the car gets funded I will call the warranty company and do the claims myself. I asked him if that is legal and He told me that it is fine as long as you do it right. It kind of sounded fishy but He told me that he will take care of it, But first I will need to get the car loan funded. Mr. Ball told me to let the bank know how much that I Put down when they call. The bank never called me and the funding went thru. Now the car AC went out and the car will not pass smog. So I took the car back to my auto shop and the tech looked at it again and the Check Engine light is back on but not in the dash. So they took the dash apart and notice that the lamp was covered in dark black marker, this is why it did not show up in the dash. If i would have seen that I would never bought the car. So I ran car fax on the car and at the time the car was still owned by Ball Auto It failed smog for a check engine light. So I went back to the dealer. I told Mr. Ball the warranty company will not fix the car. He told me that I do not have to give the down payment till the car is fixed. I told him that I just do not want the car anymore. He told me it is too late to take the car back since it has been funded. I told him what you mean, you told me that I had to have the car funded then you will take care of getting the car fixed. He told me that only if the warranty place will cover it. I then left made two payments on the car. I talked to my wife and she told me to let them take the car and take Legal Action on the dealer for Fraud. read more
