We were immediately greeted by a woman who was able to pull up our service records (which is awesome, because I had no clue my car had been there before) and get us all set up. Then the man who helped us truly went above and beyond in the customer service department (I regret not getting his name, but he has long hair - definitely try to get him). He offered beverages, then offered my son a lollipop after getting permission. He brought every color of the rainbow for lollipop flavors. Top notch. My son asked if we can go back for an oil change every week. Honestly not the mother-son bonding I ever envisioned, but it was a pretty great time. So convenient, so friendly, so easy to recommend. I enjoyed it so much that next time I won't be two months late and two thousand miles overdue.

Wow! So happy I read the reviews here before going for my 3,000 mile oil change…read more I have a Subaru Forester and called them to make a reservation. No reservations needed just come on in. They close at 6 and I asked them if I could come by 4:45? Sure! Their waiting room is nice and clean with a coffee machine and water cooler. So they started working on the car immediately and told me that my car recommendations are synthetic oil, more expensive than regular. I asked them how much? They said $92 and I could change the oil every 5,000 miles instead of 3,000 if I bought the regular. They also said they can use regular oil which would not really make a difference, that's all they had to do was change the viscosity and that would be $52. I decided to go with my car recommendation and chose the $92. After a half hour it was done. Total price $92. That included oil change oil filter change to off all fluids and put air in all 4 tires because the low tire light was on. They said I didn't need to change my air filter because it was fine. Honesty is very important to me and I was impressed they didn't change the air filter when it didn't need to be changed. I think most other places would have. I will be in 5000 miles for sure!! Thanks guys!

I had a very good experience in resolving a drum brake issue on one vehicle with Precision. When I…read moreneeded plugs and coolant replaced on my SUV I decided to go back to Precision. On vehicle pickup I asked the mechanic present what brand of plugs and coolant they used. He would not or could not tell me. He responded that they used whatever is OEM from their parts supplier. There can be lots of variability in parts that can be used, and claiming OEM. Simple question but vague, dismissive answer after paying over $1000 for the work. After getting my keys, I opened the hood to check the engine area (something I always do after having engine work done). Found a pair of pliers left in the engine compartment. Same mechanic came out seeing me with the hood open and asked if there was a problem, to which I said yes and handed him the pliers noting where I found them. Price as high as the dealer. I will likely pick dealer service in the future, all things considered.
