Directors that have been with the company for 20 years drive in from Bethesda for him to work on their cars. With the glowing recommendations I made my next oil change appointment with him. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready by lunch. They did a standard inspection and I walked away only spending about $150 on an oil change and new headlight. I am used to spending $900-$2000 every oil change. This was such a relief to my checking account. I will certainly be a returning customer, and am thankful to be done with the dealership! .

They recommended 2 new tires and an alignment so we proceeded. It took a long time because someone had stripped the lug nuts on one of the wheels but they still didn't charge much for labor. Unfortunately, that evening the tire pressure was low according to the sensor but I didn't believe it until it became very low. I called and they said to bring it in immediately and moved us to the front of the line to get another new tire. They showed us the problems each step of the way and explained the options and made things right, even though it became very complicated. The outside is rough looking, but they clearly are very skilled and give great customer service.

Based on my previous review I knew when I had a flat tire, flat tire & auto was the place to visit to get my issue solved. I had a flat tire due to hitting something on the road so I came here and after the staff assess the one tire it was determined that it had to be replaced. It cost 185 dollar after fees and tax. I like that while one staff member was preparing my new tire another worker put some air in my other three tire which was going above and beyond in my opinion. It took only about 17 minutes from start to finish so talk about quick service to getting me back on the road again. After paying my bill I even got a 10% off coupon to use for next time which was cool. All in all, this place is still great and would highly recommend anyone with tires issue to come here and get it fixed for a decent price.

I needed a tire to replace one of my run flats that kept losing air. After searching the WEB for…read moreseveral days, I finally found Emmanuel Tires. The reviews were encouraging, especially about the availability of used tires. So I googled the directions and drove there yesterday. Upon arrival, George welcomed me and, after I explained my problem, removed the defective tire from my car and checked it for the leak to confirm that it could not be repaired. That impressed me. He agreed that the leak was too close to the sidewall and therefore could not be repaired. He then selected two tires of the correct size and allowed me to choose my preference. With his help, I made my choice. I then carefully watched the installation of the tire, important balancing and was again impressed by George's expertise in handling the equipment thru the entire process. After the tire was on the rim, he then thoroughly checked it for leaks by rotating the tire in a bucket of water. The final step was to place the tire on the car and check the air pressure on the other 3 tires. Job completed and happy me. Total cost $75 plus tax. Total time was less than 30 minutes. My experience with Emmanuel Tires was 5-STAR. My story above is accurate and totally true. George was just as I described him and you will get a real smile from him at the end of the job if you treat him right. A final word, don't be put off by the appearance of the place, looks can be deceiving. Drive in and ask for George, you won't be sorry.
