Very shady business practices. Bought a car and the check engine light came on the next day. Took it to the "service" dept. All they did was clear the code and said to use some fuel additive to fix the issue. Customer service is the worst i have ever seen. Will never recommend this place to anyone. They prey on people who are if need. Im out $1200 , pkus the cost of replacing brake lights and license plate lights that also burned out within the first few days. I bought a car from Bravo Acceptance aka Drive Casa. Worst experience. First issue, I cannot do anything without holding on the line for between 1-3 hours. I started a new job and needed to move my pay date, it took me 3 days of calling during my lunch to finally get through to someone. then it took 2 more calls with 2 other reps to actually make the change because they kept saying they were not receiving my emails or only receiving one of the 2 attachments (they were always sent together in one email from the beginning and I re-confirmed the email address I was sending it to several times.) i have had my car for 3 months now. a month ago, I got a text stating my sticker had been received and would be coming in the mail. October 28th is when that text was received by me. it is now Nov 20th and I have no sticker, Fiesta motors has no idea where it is, my salesman is giving me the runaround saying he isnt at work multiple days in a row, and now I have been referred to call Bravo to ask them about my sticker. I work full time and do not have 2 hours each day to stay on the phone and hope I get through to someone just to ask where my registration sticker is. Funny how they turned my car off after being "late" BY ONE DAY (even though I had been calling for a week before rthe payment was even due bc I started my new job with a new pay schedule). they can turn the car off with no issue, but cannot tell me where my sticker is after I have already paid them nearly 2400 read more

Within the first month, the front bumper was falling off, the headlight went out, and the tire went flat and there was no spare . They do not offer roadside assistance. So my friend was left stranded 100s of miles from home. They offered no help and no reimbursement for towing or purchase of tire even though it is under a 12 month warranty. This place is a billboard for screw me hard, please stop here! They sale vehicles that have major issues and try to have their no knowledge service department fix them using zip ties and duct tape. My vehicle I bought Jan 12, 2024 has been in the shop 7 times for throttle body, blown motor, throttle body again, bad PCM and now not even 20 days later the throttle sensor light is back on , engine light is on and it's over heating . I have had it towed twice to them, paid for a rental car and was told next time it breaks down by Adam in the service department he would have it towed there and guess what ? Yep you got it " oh I don't think they will let me do that" so we sent him the text of him telling us he would! I could go on an on .... Buyer's definitely stay away from this place unless you are wanting to have a nervous break down !! I'm not even sure where to start this car lot is the worst. My daughter bought a car from them about 5 months ago. And she still does not have her tags for her car. So they claim that the tags came in, but they were not able to find them. I'm not sure how a car lot can take. Almost 5 months to find someone's tags and registration sticker, they would not even order more tags after they were responsible. For them being gone, if your dealership loses something it is your responsibility to get it taken care of for the customer. When we bought the vehicle the only thing that was noticeably wrong with the vehicle was the bumper falling off They promised to fix it. We have had it for nearly 2 months and we have ran into over 10 issues wrong with the vehicle. Heater cuts in and out, the speakers were blown, the belt was broke, the brakes and rotors were bad, none of the buttons work inside the vehicle.. the list goes on. They have avoided fixing these things and seem to keep pushing it off h tik the warranty does not cover it after the 10k miles is up. SAVE YOUR TIME!!!! read more

You make sure you move heaven and earth to find a better lot. I mean that. I had this fatt 4 eyed mf tellin me he gon take care of me and he sure as hell did! Before getting my car I took it out for a drive and well I realized sum things was wrong with it so I got to the lot and told him about it. This guy said no problem we'll get that fixed for you so I asked if it was gonna get fixed that day but he said they have to order the parts so I was like okay we got a deal... Took my car and about 3 week later I call Drive Casa and you won't believe what they told me lol they said they had to order the fuckin parts. I was like okay ig fuck it. As i walked in the building he was arguing with 2 women . He was rude and does not know how to speak to potential customers . I was here for about 2&1/2 hours and got nothing but my application done . I proceeded to leave the establishment with every intention to come back as I'm walking out I spoke with the store manager long story short he was extremely rude . I bought my car from there 2 months ago and went here because I didn't have a credit score yet so not many places would sell to me without a co-signer. The day I brought the car home the battery went dead so they came and replaced the battery. I was also supposed to get the drivers seatbelt replaced as it doesn't click in place properly and they have yet to order the part even though i've been told 3 times it's been ordered. My transmission has now gone out twice in the span of 2 months and the first time they told me it was replaced but now 3 weeks later it's not working again. I don't have a key fob just an old metal key that gets stuck and they have also told me 3 times they would order one and haven't. The insurance is $76 a month but for some reason they have me paying an extra $76 every 2 weeks. It's something new wrong with the car every week and they have done nothing to help but fix the broken part which is never really a fix it's a temporary fix. Im not sure what to do other than try and get another car or sell it because i'm within my 90 days but i'm sure they would find a reason to not let me.
