It is impossible to trust them anymore. An appointment just months after another spawned many more things that "needed attention". Now they want the customer to pay a fee for the credit card. I can't imagine they prefer checks that can so easily be uncollectible and untraceable - but they do. This fact isn't listed in the appointment reminders; once at the shop, you don't learn it until the end of the appointment. Way too late. They actually told me they would pay for an Uber to take me home and get my checkbook! I suggested they waive the $10 fee rather than the Uber fare, which would have been much higher. I have tried "Send a Message" and "Text Us" on their contact page, but there has been zero response.

This place is awful, I won't be be going back, please take my post as a fair warning! They will charge you for service and not do it!

The recall is so large that they have been working Sundays for months trying to catch up with the need. It seems Sunday's are only for this issue. The waiting area has always been welcoming with a nice variety of snacks and beverages (if I knew how to add photos I would) Today there is even a bigger spread. Not exactly the best brunch in town but I appreciate the effort.
