Walked into this dealership to, 100%, buy a car for my daughter. I walked into the dealer with $14,000 in my pocket! While there, I also saw a red convertible Audi that caught my eye. So, a two sale potential was very high. Saw the car my daughter liked and looked at every other car on the lot. Not one sales person came to ask me if I needed help. In fact, an employee, possibly the owner, walked out to get info from a car and walked right by me. He didn't even say good morning. That was all I needed to experience, I rode in on my motorcycle and rode out the same way. I'm not sure if the motorcycle induced judgement but what I look like shouldn't matter to anyone. My money is as green as everyone else's. I'm 62 years old and I value character above all things. Leaving me out there unattended, while they knew I was there, says a lot about their character, or lack of it. My daughter had her heart set on that SUV, but she also had a back up. That's why, as I write this, I'm closing a deal on a similar SUV at a St. Paul dealership. Give people the attention and respect they deserve, and you will always be successful. They lost two sales, and I'll never go there again. When you don't give respect and attention to your customers, you will always remain a small business! read more
