To summarize, Zach was rude and unprofessional, Elizabeth was overly aggressive with sale and was so desperate to make commission that she took advantage of a vulnerable adult , and Alex the supervisor threatened to call the cops ON A PAYING CUSTOMER and report the car stolen even though it was already at the dealership in the same condition that it was bought. It is impossible to trust them anymore. An appointment just months after another spawned many more things that "needed attention". Now they want the customer to pay a fee for the credit card. I can't imagine they prefer checks that can so easily be uncollectible and untraceable - but they do. This fact isn't listed in the appointment reminders; once at the shop, you don't learn it until the end of the appointment. Way too late. They actually told me they would pay for an Uber to take me home and get my checkbook! I suggested they waive the $10 fee rather than the Uber fare, which would have been much higher. I have tried "Send a Message" and "Text Us" on their contact page, but there has been zero response.
