I love that this is a small family business. From the very first call Advanced Cleaning Systems were prompt and professional. I described my house and carpet. I was given a quote and we set up a time. I immediately received a confirmation. I received another email detailing what I needed to move, securing items, etc. On the day of the cleaning I received a text letting me know they were in route. Communication is top notch with this company. My carpets aren't horrible. I didn't have many huge stains, just 10 years of living with a few pet accidents and spills. Miles and Ethan arrived promptly as promised. They were pleasant, professional, and masked up. The amount I paid was more than the initial quote. I believe this is my fault in describing a common area and messing up the room count. The adjustment was fair, I agreed and they got to work. They were quick and thorough.
