My mistake for being in a hurry and not inspecting their work closely. If you find issues later, they will not be receptive to correcting them and will get defensive. They only put vague, non-specific details in their quotes. That would be OK if they were trustworthy. They do not care about losing your business, as they do a lot of major work for the schools and other large businesses. They apparently don't care about repeat business. Our family has used them for years, but will no longer. Very disappointed in their attitude. But ultimately my fault for not inspecting the work closely and paying them. If you had good service with them, you lucked up.

Kenny arrived as promised in the window quoted and was able to both diagnose and fix the sewage ejection pump problem the same day. I need to reiterate that this was at the very end of the day on a Friday whereas most plumbers couldn't make it out until Monday or Tuesday the following week - talk about above and beyond! He offered two different potential fixes as well as a stop gap fix in the event we wanted to delay a fix for little longer. I'm always so appreciative of someone who doesn't immediately go for the most expensive fix. Kenny really listened to our needs as we deliberated which one we were interested in moving forwards with and was never pushy. We ended up going with the full pump replacement because he had built up trust and really knew what he was talking about, so we were confident he'd do it right to produce the longest term benefit. The price was fair and the work was top notch. He fixed our problem efficiently and effectively, and described everything with the perfect level of detail. He even recommended some good preventative/damage mitigating recommendations that we could invest in ($12 water alarm from Amazon) in case an issue were to arise again in the basement. I also had rather small 28 gal tank so I wanted to upgrade to a 47 gal. so I can finally fill bathtub and take a hot bath. 28 only filled half way in my tub. He gave me a quote over the phone and he was able to come the same day I called and did the job quickly. I had the several quote from $1500-$1900 he came in the middle. (Includibg tank and installation for electric water heater 47 gal. rheem pro) Though he did not have any review on yelp but there was a really good review on google so I took a chance and glad I did. He is a master plumber. My regular plummer called me a few days rater and told me I paid exactly he would have charged for the job.
