I discovered a $1,200 / month leak in front yard - between the meter and house. I called C & C…read more Excellent service from phone person - she understood my concern --( I could hear money leaking). Two hours later the men were here. The ambient temperature was beyond human ability to function. They dug up until they found and fixed the leak with BRASS -- instead of PVC. From frantic call to fixed - 4 hours max. COST- $150 - more than reasonable. Three men. I did not receive a "special deal" - I know no workers at C & C plumbing. I was not rewarded for recording my experience --- just an old guy with a leak --( I mean the yard !!!). I received no requests to submit a review - and I would have refused any request. I see a bucket full of bad reviews. Something is fishy - either the men at my house are seldom used - (not likely) -- or something is amiss with the review process. I can't explain it. I have used plumbers in Rome for 55 years - this was my best experience. It was fast, and the yard is almost dry. Raymond Y

Then they left a hole in the control box and an animal got into it, frying the control board. Had to pay another $2000 to have the problem troubleshooted by an electrician who insisted the issue was the AC after the Haynes people said they could not find the issue. Finally hired another AC company and the problem was discovered immediately. Outrageous situation that should never have happened and is fundamentally insulting. F***ing awful. Will NEVER do business with them again. Unacceptable price for unacceptable service. Last cent they will ever see from me. F***ing con artists pretending to be an AC company. PISSED OFF BAD.

He did not deliver on services he said I needed and paid him for. I also questioned his work at the final walk through before he left and got excuse after excuse about "this is how it is" as if I would just blindly accept his shoddy work. I was not born yesterday. I have had to hire an entire crew to come back and redo ALL the work Jacob was paid for. Now, I can see the true magnitude of his incompetency and all the true damage to our property. Plumbing lines that did not need to be moved were moved and done so via substandard methods that will likely result in serious leaks later. Dishonest. Incompetent. Fraudulent. A complete nightmare.
