Don't use this company. They over charge for services. If you want a great company, go with someone else. I recommend HOUNDSTOOTH CLEANERS. THEY DO GREAT WORK. This company didn't get back with me until I sent an online request for the 3rd time then claimed that I didn't send pictures in a text. I still have the text showing where I asked what the final bill was and didn't get a response. I called HOUNDSTOOTH and they did the job for half the price and didn't charge extra for pillows. I think they only want pictures to access your home to see if you have money. His response when I left a bad review was his customers aren't price sensitive didn't have the money to pay his price. I love watching carpet and rug cleaning videos. I found these guys and thought how I wished they were local. I decided to look them up and they WERE local! I called the next day. I love that this is a small family business. From the very first call Advanced Cleaning Systems were prompt and professional. I described my house and carpet. I was given a quote and we set up a time. I immediately received a confirmation. I received another email detailing what I needed to move, securing items, etc. On the day of the cleaning I received a text letting me know they were in route. Communication is top notch with this company. My carpets aren't horrible. I didn't have many huge stains, just 10 years of living with a few pet accidents and spills. Miles and Ethan arrived promptly as promised. They were pleasant, professional, and masked up. The amount I paid was more than the initial quote. I believe this is my fault in describing a common area and messing up the room count. The adjustment was fair, I agreed and they got to work. They were quick and thorough. Thank you Advanced Cleaning Systems. I just moved to Rome from Oregon and had just several days ago moved into a leased duplex. Unfortunately i had to sleep on makeshift bedding as my new bed hadn't arrived. There was obviously a lot of cigarette smoke in the carpet and probably a lot of insecticide too because i became very sick the next day sleeping virtually right on it. My girlfiend who was only with me from 11:30 till 4:30 in the afternoon of my moving in left early because she was feeling sick. Thinking perhaps I felt bad because of not sleeping in a bed i tried again to sleep on my unpacked sheets, pillows and clothing. By then I was REALLY feeling sick.
