Although service responsive, the invoice was twice the amount documented and agreed too prior to the work beginning. Additional billing without customer consent is not the proper way to doing business. To add insult to injury, Servpro utilizes an arrogant, unprofessional, and unresponsive lawyer (Hardison Law - Brian and Cindy Hardison) to pursue you. Even when the situation was resolved, Hardison Law could not execute the process in a timely professional manner. I strongly recommend that you NOT utilize the services of SERVPRO of Gordon, Murray, & South Whitfield Counties.

He told us the day he would be there (the following week due to the holidays) to do the work. Not only did he come when he said he would, he contacted my husband prior to coming to ask a few additional questions. To get to the source of the leak and repair it, he had to dig a 4 foot deep hole along the foundation at the front of our house and remove a shrub in the process. He was able to repair the pipe and fix the leak while making it look like we never had a hole in our yard! He put the shrub back, filled in the hole, and it looks amazing. I appreciate Jeff's reliability, fair pricing, and high standard of work. If you hire Jeff and his company to do a job, it is going to be done right. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!
