He examined the interior of the ductwork and was able to show me the condition on his camera. It was clear that we needed our ducts cleaned. We called several other companies before deciding on Jase. One of the companies gave me a quote over the phone (I am certain they would have added on costs if I had hired them since they did not ask any questions). The second company was well known. They came quickly as well, but they did not ask many questions. I felt like we were just another number. The estimator was in and out very quickly and on to the next appointment. Yes, the dryer vents got cleaned, but they did so much more.  The honesty and integrity of the company were top notch. I like how they take their time to survey the entire system and provide a written estimate upfront of exactly what you will pay if you want them to complete the job. Even before we got to the estimate, they walked me through the entire system and told me everything they saw with pictures.  So the connection to my dryer had become unhooked and was spraying lint all over the laundry room. Some of it had mixed with water or detergent and was caked onto the floor. I assume they usually do a standard cleanup but when it's really caked on like this, I thought they wouldn't get it clean. They got it spotless! They scraped it off the floor on hands and knees and did multiple rounds of cleaning until it looked brand new. That alone really impressed me.  Then they cleaned the vents and hooked the dryer back up. When I bought my dryer the professional installation guys were not able to hook it up properly for a lot of reasons they gave me. They used a lot of tape to kind of get it hooked up in there. I was really hoping Dryer Vent Wizard could hook it up properly but had my doubts. Well, they did and it was not easy. They had to make some modifications to an obstruction in the way and after that, it hooked up perfectly and now the dryer fits into the space exactly how it should and the connection is solid!  Lastly, they pointed out a few ways the first installation company did not properly hookup the vents, I had them fix one and am aware of the other for the future.  All in all my dryer situation is so much improved over what it was before. I am so completely satisfied with the work, I highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again in the future

I was given a 3-hour window when they would show up, and they arrived within the first hour (and were done in just over 2 hours). The crew (2 guys) was very efficient. They explained the process and answered any questions. Then they proceeded through the house, connecting the large vacuum hose via the furnace and using a compressed air hose to blow off the dirt and dust for removal. The final phase was the additional dryer vent clean-out. This was complicated slightly due to the piping layout in our walls, but they managed it.
