Despite numerous attempts via email and voicemail over a span of two months, there was no response. Even reaching out to Erin Moore only led to a response from Bekkah, and then another week of silence followed. After more emails and voicemails, there was still no reply until another phone call with Bekkah, who informed us that there had been confusion in communications with Lang, resulting in a backlog of work orders extending to 90 days. Consequently, what was supposed to be a quick remediation task initiated in February 2024 is now slated for execution at best by June 2024.
