It was discovered during the install, but NOT because of it, that the meter base on my home was damaged. Of course due to safety, the base had to be replaced before power could be reconnected. Mr. Purdy and his team sourced the box I needed and brought it back to my home within an hour so the job could be finished the same day. The job was professional, looks great, and I cannot be more pleased with my choice of generator and my choice of installers.
