When a tenant vacated the property, it was left in complete chaos. Their team not only cleaned the space but also managed repairs and painting. They addressed all issues promptly and handled challenges with hardwood and laminate flooring with ease. Throughout the entire process, I did not encounter a single complaint or any sign that they were overwhelmed by the extensive tasks. I can confidently say they surpassed my expectations. They thoroughly cleaned the floors, bathrooms, and ceilings, pressure washed, painted, repaired walls, cleaned appliances and ceiling fans, leaving everything immaculate. This house now looks and smells brand new. Don't just take my word for it; reach out to them and hire their services today. Mrs. Hammond.

I really wanted to give this company a chance…read more I do not recommend this business. Disappointed. Service is lacking. I wanted to give them a chance despite having no prior reviews, but unfortunately my experience explains why. I hired them to paint and clean my property. The painting was decent overall, though several areas were missed and needed touch-ups. The cleaning, however, was poorly done. Throughout the project, there were repeated delays with both the cleaning and painting repairs. I remained patient and flexible, working around their schedule. Trusting that only a few minor items remained, I made the mistake of paying before everything was fully completed. After they left, the property was in worse condition in several areas. There were paint footprints, dirt on floors and carpet, and the fridge, kitchen, and bathrooms were not cleaned as agreed. They also left behind additional dirt that was not there prior to their work and did not return to clean it up. I reached out multiple times to schedule completion of the remaining items and received nothing but the runaround. With tenants scheduled to move in, I had no choice but to hire another cleaner to finish the job and clean up the mess they left behind. If you choose to use this company, proceed with caution and do not make final payment until you have thoroughly inspected the property and confirmed that all work is 100% complete. Do not rely on promises to return and finish later.

Although service responsive, the invoice was twice the amount documented and agreed too prior to the work beginning. Additional billing without customer consent is not the proper way to doing business. To add insult to injury, Servpro utilizes an arrogant, unprofessional, and unresponsive lawyer (Hardison Law - Brian and Cindy Hardison) to pursue you. Even when the situation was resolved, Hardison Law could not execute the process in a timely professional manner. I strongly recommend that you NOT utilize the services of SERVPRO of Gordon, Murray, & South Whitfield Counties.
