Scott performed an inspection at my daughter's home and I asked for a typed report of the findings…read moreand to send it to my email. He stated that he could leave a written report the day. He asked if I could give him a few day's to send the email of the typed report or Icould pay a few to have the report next day. When I didn't receive the emailed report I called Mr. Scott to remind him, and that's when he informed me that his computer had crashed but he'll be sure to send as soon as he work things out with the computer. One week later on today, I called Mr. Scott asking for the report, he became very combative with me. When I responded to his disrespect he hung up the phone. He was being unreasonable, unprofessional, and not holding himself accountable. It wasn't till later that I found out that he had left his baseball cap in his car the displayed the Confederate flag, which pretty much summed it up as to how he was speaking to me.
