And let me tell you this .these two are good they are a 10 all day .because they don't just wipe stuff down .they actually clean your house the will clean spots that you might not even no you had in your home that could cause problems with your health .but not only that that can do just about what ever you need from painting to cleaning to car detailing.at a fear price .I don't no what I would do with out them .the been with me for almost five years now and I would not trade them for two wooded nickel .they are more for your money at a good price with the no how to do anything and I mean any thing you can think of .just ask before you go some were else . I was a little hesitant to hire Sommer after seeing some bad reviews on here, but Sommer did a great job on my house. I hired her for a move out clean and she left the place spotless. She was also very communicative and responsive and updated me every step of the way. I felt a little uncomfortable paying a deposit up front, but there were no issues with it. read more

We had just moved into our new home and requested Sommer to do a thorough cleaning of our home with emphasis on the tile floors in the bathroom, and the trim, doors and outlets to be wiped off. She didn't wipe down any of the things requested and spent most of her time on the tile floors which she charged a lot for. $180 later she didn't do one of the bathrooms claiming she ran out of cleaner but said she would get the money back to us for the one she couldn't do. When I went back to view the floors SHE DID DO, the corners had a roaches leg, dust and dirt piled up. I'm sorry but my 7 year old daughter could have done a better job and I wouldn't have had to smell the HORRID stench of the cleaner she used to get the tile Clean like they should have been. After requesting the $20 back for the bathroom she couldn't do for over a month I have given up. She WILL NOT refund my money even though she was the one who told me she owed me. I have texted her and messaged her every way I know how and a moment ago I just received word on Venmo that she REFUSED my request to give me my $20 back. DO NOT USE this woman to clean your home. I hate to do this, but I would not recommend Sommer. She has started cleaning my house in June, the first month went great. She requires a payment in advance, which I paid her $150 for the month of July, but she has failed to show up 4 times; there was no phone call or text message letting me know that she will not be coming to clean. She has given me every excuse for not showing up. I have given her every opportunity to reschedule, and the last time she said she forgot about my appointment. At her request, I hired her husband to hang 2 cabinets for me. Even though I retired from Homeland Security (which means I really should know better than trust anyone) stupidly, I paid up front for the installations. Sommer is a professional cleaner and her prices are very reasonable. I'm extremely comfortable having her in my home. My teenage son carelessly leaves money and other valuables out in his room and we've never had any problems. That means a lot to me! It's hard to find people you can trust in the cleaning business.
