Janet and Yolisbeth cleaned my home this morning and once again did an outstanding job with everything. They are respectful of my home and furnishings, professional, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. They were right on time and got everything looking great. Erika in the office is great to work with the scheduling and financial details. I have full confidence and comfort having Janet and her team take care of my home for a couple of years now. Highly recommend this cleaning team, Erica takes care of my local office in Kennesaw and I only have compliments for how thoroughly this place is taken care of. Between making sure high traffic areas are cleaned up to the more forgotten areas of the office that most people miss, I know when I come in to work that this place is as clean as it can be. read more

We have had PCT Clean our home for many years. Erica and Ariana do a wonderful job cleaning. They take care and clean like it was their own. The owners are wonderful people. Their company cleaned the house of my father when he was not able. They have also cleaned my neighbors house by referral for a while and they are much appreciated there too. I would recommend using them. read more

I really wish I had done my homework before I hired Prestigious Cleaning Team considering the only thing they managed to clean out was my bank account. The management company I was renting from recommended them. Considering, I had already been through hell with them I did everything by the book ensuring I'd get my deposit back before Jesus made his 2nd appearance and I foolishly hired their vendors. I called and spoke to Erica requesting a quote for a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 1800 square foot house and she quoted between $250-300. "$300 if it's really bad but they're rarely that good" she said with a laugh. You've been warned: make sure you get their quotes in writing. Erica should not be giving quotes if she doesn't understand the concept of a quote. A verbal quote is still a contract. 2 days after they cleaned the house, or as I like to call it, took an expensive nap in the living room, my management company called to tell me they missed a lot of things. They didn't clean the fridge or the inside of the cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen and they did not mop or vacuum any of the rooms or clean the ceiling fans. On top of all of this they didn't sweep the garage or any of the 2 attached porches. When I called and spoke to the overly excited Erica she said she'd get it on the schedule. 2 weeks later... I get my invoice and I am glad I was sitting down when I opened it as I was charged $450. I immediately called Erica and asked her what happened to $250-300 and she suddenly got a case of amnesia. "I don't remember quoting that." Yeah, of course you don't, toots. My house did not resemble an episode of Hoarders. I left the house move in condition and a simple touch clean was necessary. To add insult to injury, not only was I charged $450 but the owner, RJ, had the audacity of saying: "At least I didn't charge you for a 2nd trip" No, sir, you're lucky you didn't. Who spends 4 hours in a home and misses the most obvious things? Who charges $112.50 an hour to clean a home? Who gives quotes $100-200 off? Who isn't up front about their prices? Who doesn't even have a price list? Welcome to the endless frustration that is Prestigious Cleaning! Don't waste your time or your money with this company because, just like Erica assured: "they're rarely that good." read more

We have lived in our home for many years and we have hired many different services. I have to say we have never experienced any service as unprofessional as PCT cleaning. They change the people cleaning without giving you an opportunity to review your expectations with them prior to cleaning. On one occasion when we came home all the stainless steal was dirty and smeared. They bathroom was not cleaned. They wiped the counters down with a dirty towel and left streaks everywhere. We had a nice brand new white rug and the people that cleaned messed it up and got a part of it dirty. Rather than cleaning it they blamed us and accused us that was the condition when they got there. They were disrespectful and did not correct the problem. If you want a service to mess your house up call PCT. We would never use them again nor recommend them. The owner said he would send someone out to make it right..... never heard from him nor did anyone show up to reclean the rug. This company does not know anything about customer service. They are in the wrong business. They just take your money. We gave them a 1 star rating and that is too kind. When I told them I would post a review.... they still didn't care. I wish we had read the reviews before hiring them. They do the bait and switch on you. So humiliated by this company. Very disappointed. read more

I've had PCT cleaning my home for several years. They are worth every penny. I have had several other cleaning services in the past. I've never been fully satisfied. There is always something missed with other companies or maid services. With PCT, they do a rotation deep clean on individual rooms each visit. So you never see those dirty baseboards. The hard to get areas are detailed. It's a genius concept. I have 3 kids in a house of 3200 sq. feet. It's not the easiest house to keep clean. They even empty my diaper pail. They clean the lamp shades, pictures, & microwave each time. The fridge is on a rotation and they even get my oven in the deep clean rotation. I think a cleaning of this caliber is good maintenance for a house. It's what Martha Stewart recommends and no one has time to do with today's busy schedules. Thumbs up. read more

Watch out for the old "bait and switch"! I've used Prestigious Cleaning for the past several months and I was very happy at first. They sent a great team who thoroughly cleaned the house quickly and efficiently. Then, after a couple months, they suddenly tell me this team wouldn't be able to continue to come by right after lunch and be done with the cleaning by 5pm anymore (I have to leave the house then). I guess they attained another client that was more important than me. So they send another team who just isn't up to the job. It's a superficial cleaning at best. I have had to clean the house myself after they leave each time! I once again asked for the old team back and was denied by the receptionist without even consulting with the owners/managers. Needles to say, they won't be coming back at all. If a company only has 2 good people working for them, there is a problem with that company. I would not recommend them... read more

Before I hired Prestigious Cleaning Team I met with the owner RJ Patel. He came to our home and did a walk through of the rooms we wanted cleaned. He clearly explained the various levels of cleaning services that they offered. This allowed me to ask any questions and base my final selection on the service level and price for said services. Later that day a formal agreement was emailed for my consideration. I chose the level of service I wanted and have never looked back. They show up on time, with the same crew each week, they have been trust worthy in my home and I easy to work with. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so. They are always accessible and return phone calls promptly and professionally. read more

PCT was recommended to me by my realtor and to say that i wasn't satisfied with their "cleaning" is an understatement. I had to have them come out to my house 4 times!!! And on top of that they still charged me for a "fridge clean" which was supposed to only clean the dust off the top of the fridge which they didn't even do. A well run company would not charge $650 to clean an empty house that was only a year old, especially after they it took them 4 times to get a somewhat acceptable job of cleaning my carpets and baseboards I would not recommend this company to anyone!! read more
