I texted House & CO for a quote on gutter cleaning and power washing my patio. They came back with a reasonable quote and would schedule to come out the next day if I went with her. What sold me on this Company was the Owner Madison M. She was knowledgeable, polite, personable and I felt in her voice honest. I hired her. She was punctual, and well equipped to do both gutters and power washing. She went above and beyond what she quoted she would do. Great job and will hire her again. P.S. Madison kept me informed via text what the job entailed, let me know an hour before they were coming so I could put my Goldendoddle in his crate, and was on time! Did an amazing job on both the gutters and the patio. read more

He sent me a picture and invoice so I paid immediately thinking he was finished. He called not long after and said his equipment malfunctioned and he would be back Monday to finish and also look over the rest of the home. That was June 1 I believe. Messaged him twice and he assured me he would be back. My husband looked over the house the next day and was not happy. Mold still present, dirt dobber still present right on the front, garage doors weren't washed. I paid (too much) and we are so disappointed! We will have to wash it ourselves at this point so we can paint our home. I made a post and had numerous individuals message me stating about this couple and their past business ventures. It was NOT good! His wife also posted on my post from another "business page " pretending to be someone else? It's very unprofessional and strange. All they had to do is come back, or give me a refund. My husband and I were both kind and still are.

We were moving into a new home and wanted the vacant house cleaned before unpacking. My experience with House & Co. was excellent. From promptly generating a quote to confirming services, keeping us in the loop on any changes along the way, and reaching out during and after the service, there was excellent communication with this vendor. The cleaning professional, "Marie," was professional, polite, and did a thorough job; she was pet-friendly and very personable. "Marie" made moving day a lot easier for us and I'm so glad I chose House & Co. for this service. Highly recommend! read more

We chose the moving out cleaning because I am currently unable to due any serious cleaning due to a herniated disc in my back. We had a 1560 Sq ft 3bd 2ba apartment and Phoebe did an amazing job! The bedrooms were spotless, the bathrooms were sparkling, the fridge was super clean, and the stove (especially the oven) just like new. Phoebe even cleaned the doors along with the window sills too. I would recommend them especially for their price too. Definitely would love to use The Chore Experts again (if they can service where we moved to). I am glad I found them!

Then over the past couple of months there was always a little issue with my cleaning. Corners not swept etc. The last "cleaning" I was billed for was a joke. I think they vacuumed the one room with carpet and that is it. My hardwood floors still had visible dirt my sinks were obviously not cleaned. When I contacted the service (via text as I always have) I was told to call before 5pm. My response was that I would not be able to call before 5. I let Lisa know I couldn't. She said I would need to contact her by phone before 5 during the week. This isn't possible with my work schedule. My schedule is the whole reason I use a service. Since this wasn't resolved and since I was charged for a service I didn't receive I cancelled my services. Lisa's response was sarcastic and unprofessional.

I hired them when I moved out of my last townhome, and they came to me within a day of my call and serviced the whole place for a very affordable and reasonable price, almost half of the lowest other competitor I found. Because they are a small independent operation, they are more flexible than anywhere else I've seen, and are extremely thorough and meticulous about their work. The place looked brand new when they were done. I've seen other companies clean and leave the details not completely taken care of, but Durden's got in the cracks and details, and even asked if there were specific areas I wanted special attention paid to. They swept the back deck without even reference to the outside on my part. They were also very kind and personable and easy to deal with. If you are looking for a dependable company to clean your apartment, home, business, et cetera, you aren't going to find a more adaptable and reasonably priced company than Durden's.
