I was on the hunt for someone to empty all of the junk out of our crumbling shed. It's pretty big…read moreand had items in there from long before we've even owned the house. I put the request up on Yelp and David from Swift responded quickly. He came out the very next day to quote us. He took a look around and provided a very reasonable quote. It was hard to tell what was in there since some items we were keeping were still in there too. He gave us a max price, then said he could lower it if we took more out than expected. Once we cleared out what we needed to keep he was able to come out that weekend for us (a holiday weekend, no less!). David arrived with two others to do the clean-out. True to his word he was able to lower the price a little bit and grabbed some large tree limbs we had in the yard as well. They were earlier than stated (called to confirm that was ok, of course) and completed the job in 2 hours IN THE RAIN! They were very nice, came prepared with brooms, etc, to clean up after themselves, and worked quickly and carefully. If we had known how easy David would make this for us we would have done it YEARS ago. I highly recommend David and his crew for your junk removal needs.

I thought I could manage with the DIY kit I bought from Facebook and all that it killed were crickets. It wasn't until I found a wasp nest under one of the alcoves on the front of my house and having to kill a spider, with babies pouring out of it that I finally realized enough is enough!! My sister lives in the area and recommended a chain service, but I found their online reviews to be consistently negative. So, I did some research on Yelp and Google and found Hole-In-One Pest Solutions. I wish I had called earlier as I continue to put this off despite having additional spiders coming through various cracks, corners, doorways, etc. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and kind. Super easy to talk to and helped me set up my first pest control appointment. I've always lived in an apartment so I've never had to deal with this before. I appreciated her patience and compassion as I explained my terrifying wolf spider story. Within just a couple days (due to my schedule) I had a tech out at my place. He listened attentively to the issues, and after a walk around the perimeter we agreed to a treatment plan and price. (Side note - a big turn off and red flag for me is when companies try to guilt or scare you into a subscription or additional services. This was NOT the case. Thank you for treating me fairly and not taking advantage of a first time homeowner/renter. I will always respect the integrity of a company that stands behind their services and work to create value added packages without the over the top sales pressure, and that starts from the top, so kudos to your management!!) It took some coaxing, but he was able to safely the the squirrel out (turned out to be a nursing mama) & we released her immediately back out into my yard so she could get back to her babies. He also fixed up/sealed the top of my chimney properly so I won't have squirrels or birds accidentally making their way down again. Brandon is so nice, obviously loves animals, is very patient, & took care of the situation exactly the way I wanted it handled (humanely & kindly).
