He bought our account from another company, since then, nothing but total service failure. If you have a designated trash day, he's gonna miss it! And I mean EVERY week he's gonna miss it! If you do, it will probably involve some story about how his employees quit or how all of his trucks are down, then he heaved the burden of understanding onto the shoulders of the customer trying to make it out problem. We would sometimes go weeks when he wouldn't collect at all. We tried to cancel our service but had already paid for the quarter and then he would refuse to refund the money already paid for the remainder of the quarter. I read the reviews on google - it seems this is how he treats all his customers!
