As a result, family got very sick from the mold and we had to undergo serious renovations on our home. Since the water intrusion was minor, the issue was not noticed until much later (the mold formed all in the insulation around the pipe). Unfortunately, since we were not able to connect the dots that our sickness was mold, the mold was in the wall, and it was stemming from the pipe/boot within a year, we were outside of Red Tops 1 year warranty and they balked on any liability; even a simple request for a refund on the small project they did. Raised this issue with Red Top and they did not come out to my home until 5 months and 20+ emails, phones calls, text messages later.

What sold me on this Company was the Owner Madison M. She was knowledgeable, polite, personable and I felt in her voice honest. I hired her. She was punctual, and well equipped to do both gutters and power washing. She went above and beyond what she quoted she would do. Great job and will hire her again. P.S. Madison kept me informed via text what the job entailed, let me know an hour before they were coming so I could put my Goldendoddle in his crate, and was on time! Did an amazing job on both the gutters and the patio.
