Terrible service! I…read morepaid them $1,000 (50% of the invoice ). They came the next day, did some work and never showed up after that. Multiple calls with no answer. Their explanations for not showing up : his son hurt his arm first week, next week his grandfather passed away, next week he got jury duty, next week he got into an accident, then the phone number he gave me was not his business phone and "he doesn't check it" very often. He claimed he sealed my chimney. He did not. My entire house is monitored 24 hrs and my ring cameras record everything around the house. After I confronted him about it because I didn't see any sealing or spraying tools in my recordings, he claimed that it was a misunderstanding and indeed his crew did not seal my chimney. He also took my chimney cap without my permission. Told him to bring it back, he brought back someone's else cap. After a month of no show , I called Amex and disputed the charge. Luckily, Amex reversed it and I got my money back. I posted a review on their Facebook page. They blocked me.
