My card was charged without my approval and now i have to pay a late fee because it locked my account. As a small business owner i never charge my clients cards without approval. I don't like that and unfortunately i will be finding a new lawn care company. Sucks because i am going to end up having to just do it my self. In the future your accounting person needs to verify with the customer the charge. Especially when i didn't even give you the card number to charge. I am not even going to go down that rabbit just like that i had to update it again. Brian is rude and unprofessional and should not own or deal with customers. I will post the texts in just a few mins but let me get back to running my small business that generates 3.5 million a year with 30 full time employees and a customer base for over 15 years that is over 13,000 +. Nicole is again having to apologize and fix his rudeness. She was and has always been great and given 5 star service.

As of April 2025... no service and no refund. Be careful and if you have to deal with him, be prepared for rudeness and lack of reliability.

We schedule for the work to start a few days later. They showed up at exactly when promised, did the work thoroughly, kept me appraised of all details while the work was being done, and the finished product shows zero evidence that anything was ever damaged or that work had been done. Everything looks good as new. They provided me pictures of the work done, and where they had made it so the water wouldn't be a problem again. Afterwards the job site was left clean as a whistle and the final invoice was exactly what they estimate said it would be. Tommy and Drew are very professional and know what they are doing.
